Have order Philly steak pizza lately it wasn't right but have order it dozens of time it was great but lately they changed it which was disappointing

Have had several issues with this place. Order for delivery and 2 hours later when I call to see where my order was got informed they weren't doing deliveries. Manager who answered the call didn't give any reason. Took almost 48 hours for money to go back onto my card. And never got my rewards points back. Over all terrible experience here

This location in Calhoun is the absolute worst!!!! Twice I have ordered and it has taken over an hour! The ONLY reason they get 1 star, is because it will not allow me to give anything lower. I will NEVER order from Domino's again!!!! I'll do Pizza Hut from here on!

So at first the driver made a mistake and my family thought our money went down the drain but the driver realized his mistake later and we got it settled so problems with the beginning but the end ended good.

We have been having issues with this store location for a while now. We order the same thing every time. Medium handpan pizza with garlic sauce extra pepperoni extra cheese and feta with Buffalo sauce. Another medium pizza thin crust BBQ chicken with extra BBQ and extra cheese. Sometimes we add cheese sticks. But they always miss the Buffalo sauce and when the problem is addressed they end up remaking it and putting way too much Buffalo. However this last time not only did they miss the Buffalo sauce but also completely got my thin crust pizza wrong and I was givin a thin crust pepperoni pizza with red sauce and banana peppers. I called the store and got hung up on 3 times before finally getting ahold of a manager ?. I told him about our order being wrong and he told me they could remake it. Which was fine until he told me we would have to pick it up in an hour. We had it delivered for a reason, so that wasn't an option for us. After all of the hassle we just ultimately decided to never do business with this company again. I just wanted to share our experience with others so they know what to expect from such an unorganized restaurant with a sour attitude with customers. We love domino's as a whole but this location specifically has gone downhill the past couple years. I wouldn't recommend anyone to try a get food from here if you are wanting something specially made. Hope this helps others in the future.

It’s a hit or miss here. I would suggest placing your order for pick up. Almost every time I place a delivery they take well over the suggested wait time for it to be delivered. Placed the order at 6:18(pre ordered for delivery at 7:30) and it wasn’t delivered until 9:15ish. When I received the pizza it was cold and had hardly any cheese even though I paid for extra. Disappointing.
