Terrible experience. Unprofessional and unfriendly workers. Doesn't matter if you order hours in advance, you may not get what you ordered. We ordered a large assortment of munchkins right after lunch to be picked up at 5pm for a party. Showed up to pick up the order at 5 and they had just sold the last of the munchkins to the person in the drive thru. They did not offer to make more and said there was nothing they could do and we could just take it up with corporate.

Not the friendliest place, but it did have good donuts. Maybe the girl was having a bad day. Who knows.

This store would run more efficiently if their manager wasn’t outside smoking every time I arrive. Meanwhile there’s a line of cars wrapped around the building.

The workers are friendly. However every time I come here they literally fill my drink 3/4 of the way or less. I am not coming here and paying for half of what I ordered.

Being a driver for a delivery service . I’m leaving a review for customers who order delivery. The reason why your delivery takes so long because this establishment cares only about drive thru. When we are waiting ten minutes and getting completely ignored . Get it together dunkin.

I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts on Highway 53 in Calhoun, Georgia, on a Friday night 8/15/25 at 9:30 PM to grab a bagel and three donuts. I was excited for the bagel with strawberry spread, but it was a letdown. The bagel was warm but incredibly hard, like cardboard, and seemed stale. It was disappointing, and I won't be returning to this location. You might be asking yourself who eats a bagel at 9:30 PM right? Well I do and it takes less than 30 seconds to get a fresh bagel from the bag and toast it, very disappointing. Additionally I waited about 10 minutes in line.

Nice clean modern looking Dunkin’s. There was a smaller variety of donuts than others I’ve been to, but still all the favorites. The people were very nice.

Ordered donuts with icing and they insisted on bagging them rather than boxing them to keep the icing intact...a small thing, but more presentable and neat. All other places we've visited have been able to sell them this way....

Paid $44 for 3 dozen assorted donuts. No chocolate glaze, no sprinkles, basically got whatever leftover donuts they had and it’s only 4:30. I would have rather them warn me and just get original glaze and spent less money. Disappointed.

While waiting at the doughnut case to order a dozen. We were passed over twice. Once I said something about it to an employee we were severed. But I had to say something. The store was not very busy.

is technically coffee. I've had rainwater with more flavor. The donuts are offensively average—like someone tried to make food using a spreadsheet. The service moves at a glacial pace. I’ve watched trees grow faster. Doesn’t matter if the drive-thru is full or empty—you’ll hear “One moment, please” like it’s a sacred chant. By the time they hand you your drink, it’s already room temperature. If you enjoy waiting, disappointment, and flavorless sugar rings, this is your paradise. I, however, do not.
