Made an iced coffee instead of iced latte...then remade the order horribly...practically undrinkable....I've never seen that many employees in there and they were still incredibly slow...will not waste any more of my life at this location.

I went in and ordered a small coffee with one cream.. that started it. The lady said ice coffee. I so no just a regular coffee. She then inform me, regular coffee is over ice. I said, no just a regular coffee. She then asked with ice.
I said no. Hot coffee.
Then I got my medium coffee with 3 creams.
The lady was trying to get me to order a ice coffee. Just rude.

if u want a chill coffee day do NOT go to this dunkin. they are incredibly rude. as i walked in to order they were just throwing orders on the counter. and the manager was constantly yelling at the employees. i kept my cool though but seriously they are so unprofessional.

I love Dunkin but tonight was just horrible. Ordered a chai latte and a frappe, got my order and my latte was half full with foam all the way to the top. I asked if they could fill it up all the way, she takes it gives it back to me, and it was still the same. I drive off and then I realize I don’t have a straw for my frappe. Get it together!

This is the slowest and rudest Dunkin I have ever been to and trust me I have been to many. I ordered online sat in line for 30 minutes. To finally get to the speaker and sit for another 5 minutes while no one else was in the drive thru ahead of me. I said hello a few times with no response. The line behind me was out to the road. I pulled forward and the girl opens the window when I hear the teen with the headset on say “the car that just pulled forward I will not be taking there order”. I said that’s okay since I have a mobile order. I asked to speak to the manager and was told no manager was there. That explains a lot. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because my coffee was correct.

Waited 30 minutes for an online order. Matcha usually taste good but tasted bad this time. Order wasn't ready when I got to the window waited another 10 mins for that. I only had ordered a sandwich and a medium drink.

Been going here every morning past three years my favorite coffee shop ☕ employees always respectful and gives great service. The place is always clean ? the iced or hot chi latte is my go to favorites of all time .. but recently I'm into the dunkalatte☕

They are doing construction and renovations so the drive-thru is closed. Only one entrance door was open during my visit. Not sure how long this will last but kinda inconvenient. Otherwise, normal Dunkin experience.
Parking: Not a big lot but more than enough for a Dunkin.
