The service is hella slow have to wait 20 mins In line before I could even to place my order for some reason everytime I come here they don't know to serve more than one person for them to place the order and have them come to the window..if the girls stop running their mouth and pay attention to their job title maybe they're wouldn't be so many bad reviews

Lillian was nothing but a rude person. My boyfriend and I went in the lobby for a coffee, and I had asked about a flavor and she answered me like I'm stupid for not knowing. Like I should know what they have behind the counter as if I work there. I do not recommend going in this place if she is your Batista. She is a sad human and should not work with people if you don't want to deal with people.

They don't even make a plain cake donut, or am old fashion as they call it, with chocolate icing on top. Casye's have them, Daylight Donuts have them, but Dunkin' , "No, we don't make them.'I was very disappointed. Will never go back.
15$ for a dozen “dunkin” donuts? LOL GET OUTTA HERE. And the lady working the counter was super rude and looked like she hated the world. NO THANKS!

EVERY TIME I GO HERE MY DRINK IS DIFFERENT. If you order a drink with no ice, they tell you that your cup won't be full. This implies that they have a recipe that they follow, but that can't be true because my drink is different literally every time. I order the same thing on the app every time. This place is awful, just go to Starbucks. It's right next door. THE ICED LATTE IS TERRIBLE

Today I'm changing my previously poor review of Dunkin Donuts. Since then the administration has made some real improvements. The place is a lot cleaner than before. Service is way better, perhaps due to the fact that they now have plenty of personal. They work hard and efficiently to provide you with a good and speedy service. They repaired the leaks that were on the ceiling, and overall have really come a long way. I enjoy now going there, and sit down, while I enjoy a cup of coffee and a sandwich. Good job guys
