Firehouse Subs Wall Street - Calhoun

Absolutely the slowest Firehouse I have ever been to. Over 15 minutes for a sandwich!! Lots of aggravated customers waiting.

The long wait time was disappointing as well as the amount of meat on my sandwich. firehouse is known for their steamed meats. The bread was so cold that it made the meat much colder than it should have been.

we had to wait 25 minutes for a pepperoni sub.... that they made wrong. Which isn't unusual as they usually get my wife's order wrong... hopefully some changes will be made. We love firehouse but it'll be a while before we visit this location again

After spending 40 minutes in the drive-thru with only 3 cars ahead of us, we had left a 1-star review. However, when we got to the window, the poor guys said they had 4 people quit and they were doing the best they could. Had to appreciate the people that DID come to work. Still too ridiculously long, but the sandwich was good so upgraded to 3. Went back another time (closer to 11am) and no one was in the drive-through, so sailed right through. Hopefully they are working on hiring more staff!

We sat in the drive tru for 30 min. Because there was no parking.

I usually love Firehouse sandwiches. Today my husband picked up food. My sandwich was not warmed at all I know this because the gallon of mayo they put on it was cold. It had mayo poured on both sides of the bread also lettuce on both side. Lettuce is not a big deal, I like mayo but not a sandwich swimming in it. I wiped it off but the bread, there was no way to get it out of the bread. If I had ate there I would have took it back.
Do better.

After a long trip back from Florida, we wanted to stop and get something quick to eat on the way home. We pulled in at 8:30pm to find them with a car blocking the drive thru so you can’t order even though they are open until 9:00. The hours need to be updated if they’ve been changed.

I ordered a sub today and it was ice cold, so disappointed. It was an Italian which isn't really an Italian even though they call it that? No oil and vinegar nothing and was so dry. No napkins in the bag.
I was already angry after having my 60 some thousand points that I saved up for years suddenly taken away. That has me thinking about any further donations! I could just go to Kroger, buy a pound of lunch meat and rolls cheaper then Firehouse.
What the heck happened? You used to be so good.
