Had the firehouse meatballs sandwich, tasted and had the consistency of wet cardboard. Took a pretty long time to get it too ! Was disappointed.

I ordered from here through UBER Eats, 2 subs were soggy and gross, not eatable, they used white bread when I am a diabetic and ordered wheat bread, no pickles were on the side, 2 more subs were wet and soggy and gross and not eatable as well as had green peppers on it and it was not ordered like that as my husband is allergic to the peppers, no pickles in the side as well. Never again will I use Uber eats or order subs from here. Wasted around $33 dollars right in the trash can.

Well this place needs attention ther bread toaster said don’t work. They were tearing the meat apart with hands cause they said slicer don’t work. Corporate fire house needs fix this location now I would like a full refund cause this was waste of my hard earned money

I keep giving this place a chance but never again. If you go through the drive thru, expect to sit and wait at least 15-20 minutes every single time. Worst firehouse drive thru I’ve ever been to. The way it’s laid out, you can’t back up and leave either. I got stuck waiting FORTY minutes one time with only 2 cars in front of me. They need to get it together in the drive thru! Food is great though!

We have eaten at numberious Firehouse Subs all over the place . The steak and cheese and the hero sandwiches we had was way below what we have grown accustomed to. The only thing we could taste was the onions. Food had no taste! Prices were a lot higher than last time we ate at Firehouse, $31 and change for two subs, a drink, a bag of crumbled dorrittos.

It took them 34 minutes to make 2 sandwiches,and it wasn't that busy you could see all the other people waiting just like I was looking like what the hell is going on and they didn't even have lettuce or tomatoes total firehouse failure

I honestly the subs here is very delicious, especially the Captain Sorensens Hot Sauce. This place is the best place for a sub... subway can't compare. Even when you come in one of the workers will aways greet you "welcome to firehouse!" This place is a 10/10!
