If you decide on the Cajun chicken sub, know that it won’t be spicy at all. My sub was given to me without the jalepenos that was listed as an ingredient for this specific sub. They ran out of onions today also and the green bell peppers I asked for were also missing. The chicken has no spice whatsoever but it was warm and the pickle it comes with was good. Would have probably gotten a better sandwhich at subway.

Pretty SAD when you order a sub and get NO lettuce on it and there is a Kroger RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET...!!! REALLY SAD just unreal service ..is it you don't know how to cut it???? Last time for me cause this was not 1st time ?

I tried to order online so that I could pick up my food before I went to work. It was a huge mistake because their dining room was unexpectedly closed and the drive-through takes way too long. After about twenty minutes I had to back out of the drive-through or else I was going to be late for work. Even if I stayed at that point my sandwich would have been cold. Thank god no one pulled in behind me, or else I would have been screwed as their drive-through traps you in with no way around other cars. Furthermore, the store was unable to issue me a refund because I ordered online, and 48hrs later, I’ve yet to get a response from the email and form I had to fill out to reach their corporate office. Bottom line is DO NOT ORDER ONLINE or through the APP.

What is the point of taking someone's order ahead of time to be picked up and not tell them when you do arrive that they will have to wait in a long drive through line to pick it up.

I had the pulled pork and coleslaw sandwich,It was actually really good! It's not too heavy, perfect for lunch! The firehouse Mac n cheese was also very good!

it is always clean inside of the building and the workers always welcome you in with a smile. the food is great too!
everything is good except it’s really annoying for the customer service person to not say anything when you are handed your food. literally no words. just food ?name was Maya according to the ticket. Maya, you gotta say hey to your customers!

Great food, probably my 2nd favorite sub place behind Jersey Mikes. The only issue with Firehouse is that they can be a bit slow. They need to take a page from the CFA playbook. Love the hook and ladder.

Call in and carry out order and it was the Deluxe Salad with Smoked Turkey w/ extra Peppercorn Ranch dressing. I forgot to grab the gallon of tea I paid for. But everything else was excellent from the recyclable paper containers to the food portions given to the container to keep the salad dressings from going everywhere during transport and my pet peeve was thwarted because they provided to go cutlery and napkins. I'm very pleased with this Calhoun Firehouse. Great job guys and gals
