Lady added her own tip to the meal before I even got the chance to, we got two sodas and the CO2 in the machine was broken (we told her and she just shrugged it off), and you no longer get 2 for 1 pizzas unless you pay for half the second (kind of defeats the purpose, but I digress). If you want Gondolier Pizza, I'd either go to Dalton or Cartersville.

Ordered 2 large 3 topping pizzas, the family deal, barely had toppings on one of the pizzas. Taste alright nothing special and not worth 40 dollars after a tip and the service is less than satisfactory. No smiles, kinda snippy. I’ll just order Pizza

This was our first time here & the food was excellent! I had Alfredo cheese pizza & my husband had a meat & cheese calzone (I don't remember exactly what kind). I would love to go back often, but the cost was a little pricey, especially for lunch. I can't say enough how great the food was!
Vegetarian options: I wasn't looking for vegetarian specifically, but based on what I saw, there were plenty of options.
Parking: We didn't have any problems with parking.
Kid-friendliness: The place seemed very kid-friendly. If I had any, I would bring them.
Wheelchair accessibility: You shouldn't have any problem getting around the dining area & the tables could always be moved around easily enough to make room for larger groups and/or people with special needs.

Me and my sister and her husband stopped here while we were visiting Calhoun. When we got there, it was incredibly hot inside and we saw on the wall thermostat that it was 81° and there was no running AC to cool it down. The bathroom hand dryer didn't work and their paper towels and toilet paper were just left sitting on the toilet instead of being stocked in the dispensers. They gave us Styrofoam cups but had no lids, and you had to grab plastic forks from the drink station as they did not provide silverware. You were not provided with bread sticks while waiting for your food like other gondaliers do. We waited for an hour wondering when our food would come out and when my brother in law went to check, my sister's chicken Alfredo had been left sitting on the counter getting cold. When mine and his food came, everything was served on paper plates, and it was hard to lift the Alfredo off the tray without the sauce spilling because it was so watery. The chicken in my sister's Alfredo was grey and she said it tasted like canned chicken. My brothers Italian cheese steak sandwich had almost no filling and was all bread, and his fries looked oddly pale and he said they tasted like a rotten potato. The Alfredo itself had no flavor other than plain noodles since the sauce was too runny to stick to them. We paid with cards and got refunds, but they gave us the refunds in cash and did not account for the tips we left, since they request tips upon ordering even though they don't even bring your food out or service you at the table. I am unsure if they will keep the tip or not but if they do that's even worse as it is absolutely not deserved for what they tried to feed us. It's more worth the drive to Dalton as there are two much better gondalier's there with better service and quality. They also charge extra for any sauce like marinara

This is the worst gondeliers I've ever had. Me, my sister, and husband went while we were in town and at first where impressed by the decoration, however it was miserably hot inside. We never got breadsticks until we got the rest of our food which was served on Styrofoam plates that where almost melted through. My sister and I got Alfredo, mine with chicken. Tye chicken had a very wierd smell and the Alfredo just tasted like overcooked wet noodles. My husband got the Italian cheese steak sub which was 90% bread with a hint of meat and cheese.. his fries tasted like spoiled potatos. We immediantly went back to get our money back where we were refused a full refund and then where immediantly ignored. If you want Gondeliers drive 20 minutes further to the Dalton location where you can get actual edible food and waitresses service. Calhoun location would receive a 0/10.
We live in Chatsworth and make a trip to Calhoun specifically for this Gondoliers! Our food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!!

The service here is great if you’re a young lady but it’s terrible if you are an older lady. I think it’s very rude on how the old man brushed my sister off compared to how he was treating the younger lady. Wouldn’t it be best to treat all your customers the same ?

My grandkids really enjoyed the Pizza ?. A great place to take kids of all ages. II liked the service.
We were a large party of eight. The last person got their food about 8 min after the first two. The fries were hot on that plate The calzones were enjoyed and the pasta plate was generous.
