This location is horrendous at messing up orders. 3 different times in a row now they have completely screwed up the order. This time was them saying that drinks don't come with combo meals, and sauces don't come with chicken tender combos. Forget ordering anything special, like no ketchup on a burger, they are incapable of doing it. Never again will I use this location.

Stopped to use the restroom on our way in to order. No toilet paper in any of the stalls, trash cans were overflowing and the bathroom floor, sink and toilets were gross. They weren’t busy, so it seems like cleaning just isn’t a priority for them. If they aren’t cleaning the bathrooms, are they cleaning the kitchen? We left without ordering. Yuck.

Got 1/3 of bacon strip on each biscuit. We pay almost $15.00. For 2 biscuit with a 1/3 of a strip of bacon. We ate the half raw bacon on one side and plain biscuit on the other side. We also ordered drinks and got the drinks but no straws and they were not busy . Called the store and the manager said "what do you want me to do about"? Really.....it's called management for a reason. Manage your staff.

Hardee's in Resaca,Ga the shift Leader was very Rude to me. I was calling to complain about three chicken biscuits of which I have the receipt for. The biscuits was very hard . The shift leader when I called at 1pm on superbowl Sunday was so unprofessional.

Really pitiful service. Placed an online order one hour ahead of time for drive-thru pickup. Arrived at drive thru and never got a response. Drove around to the window and was greeted by a spaced out employee who didn't have a clue about service. Was told to pull up and wait. After waiting, I went in and saw three employees doing nothing. One finally made the order. This is absolutely ridiculous. 10 minutes later, I got the order. Probably won't be back. Customer service is a thing of the past, with the younger generation just showing up for a paycheck.

I used the app and did an online order. Used my points and go through the drive-thru this morning for the lady to tell me she doesn't have my online order nor can I pick it up in drive thru. My card was charged for my food and my app shows my order. Still no food and did not get my money back. They pick and choose when they want to serve breakfast until 12. I have been through on several occasions before the original 1030 cut off to be told I can't have breakfast.

Got gravy and biscuits the cup of gravy lid was half way on. Spilled out in the plate and in the bag. Loaded omelette is half the size it suppose to be. Couldn't read the menu because it was in shambles. Won't be back!!!!!

This place says they are open but the employees show up whenever and the food is prepared awful I sat a drive thru for 15 minutes no one would respond then pulled to window no one to be seen then tried to go inside all were locked even though they are open it was 7:45am no excuse they have lost my business if they allow one place to run like this then they must allow them all it’s disgusting
