The employees here are awful, we waiting 32 minutes on our order and nobody was even wearing gloves.
When they finally had the fryers turned on and order made they didn’t even know what we ordered, all around TERRIBLE

Store closed early!!!!
What’s the point of Hours on window if you close whenever you want. Mind you you making bags of food to take home with you but wouldn’t help us out. We would have paid extra for looking out for us.
We’re Truckers and had to walk up to Drive Thru window since Lobby closed at 9pm. DriveThru close at 1030pm per your window stickers.

Anytime after 7PM they will not cook or have anything available, takes an hour to get your food and the women at the drive threw sounds young and super rude.. would not recommend this place to people I dislike... -1000 stars if possible! 1-19-25.
Once again I came after 7pm 1-24-25 and they had nothing cooked the young women at drive threw was super rude and cussed us and told us to go somewhere else and have a horrible day. Again I would not recommend this place..

I'm a great fan of KFC but lately the quality, price and the sizes of the chicken going from great to no good yesterday's they sold me 8pc chicken meal and the chicken was very dry not fresh at all and I have to trowing away, what a disappointment KFC be careful Jack's is next door.

This trip wasnt so good. The girl at drive thur was rude, didnt give me a receipt, chicken didnt taste right, their frying oil needs changing bc our tenders was a dark brown & tasted like crap.

As a lover of fried chicken and a long-time customer of KFC, I will no longer be visiting any KFC restaurants after the way my wife was treated at our local location on Hwy 53 in Calhoun, GA.
Last night my wife stopped by to pick up supper and was informed the only "bone-in" chicken they had available was wings and there would be a 15+ minute wait on other selections. My wife asked a few questions about what options were available (dinners, how many pieces, etc) and placed an order. The person at the window was not particularly friendly, but that was not the problem.
After paying for and receiving her order, she discovered the box contained one less piece of chicken than was ordered. She called the gentleman back to the window to explain and he begrudgingly handed another piece of chicken through the window (with tongs). He didn't take the box and add another piece, he didn't put the missing piece in another container, he handed a piece of food through the window with tongs.
Well, my wife told him he was not a very good server and he responded "well it's a good thing I'm not a server". My wife asked for his name. The gentleman refused to give his name, told her if she didn't move her car he would call the police (there was no one in line behind her waiting) and closed the window.
My wife honked her car's horn to call the man back to the window where he again instructed her to move her vehicle or he would call the police. She responded "I'll move my damn car when you give me your name". The gentleman gave the name "Johnathan".
When my wife arrived home and told me what happened, I called the restaurant and asked for a manager. When the manager came to the phone I asked for his name. He didn't immediately give a name, he didn't answer the call announcing his name, instead he agrily asked for my name. I gave him my name and again asked for his - he told me his name was Joseph.
I explained my wife had a bad experience and asked for the district manager's contact information. This is when the call turned ugly and he began fussing with me. So, I again asked for the district manager's contact information and was told he had no contact information to provide.
The next day I called again hoping to reach a different, more helpful manager. Lucky me, it was Joseph again and he remembered me and immediately began fussing with me again.
I will never patronize another KFC establishment again after this experience.
In my opinion customer service is still important... apparently it is not at our local KFC. I understand people have bad days and get short sometimes. But come on... a manager, who is the face of your team's leadership was rude to a customer. This is not acceptable to me.
We have other fried chicken restaurants within a mile of our local KFC (Bojangles’, Zaxby's & Popeye's). I will take my business to one of the other restaurants and recommend to my friends they do the same.

Only because I can't give 0 stars. If I pay for something I expect to get it. Your serving sizes for a family meal weren't even enough to feed 3 little boys. I wouldn't expect a single thing on your menu to feed a man if that is what you call a serving.

Disappointed. I decided to come get dinner here tonight it was close to closing time and I understand people hate those last minute customers, but if your store says open till 10pm then that is “operating hours” meaning if it’s before 10pm then you’re open to serve until 10 pm was told upon pulling up to the drive through that unless I’m a door dash order then they are closed I said well the posted time says ten the guy said yeah but we closed early to clean. I said well that’s not what it says and drove away and as I left he was looking through the drive through window smiling. I showed up between 10-15 minutes before they closed by the way. This place is expensive as it is so they missed out on about a $40 order.

Kfc needs to get there act together the food's starting to really be bad. The people are rude. They don't want to do anything for you. They don't want to get the order that you particularly want. Very slow taking her sweet time. Think they're in need for a new management before they crash them.. I have been very disappointed with them the past few times I had went find chicken somewhere else. Until they can straighten up. You don't you're wasting your money.

Absolutely horrible. The poorest excuse for "food" I've ever seen, even from the worst of fast food restaurants. To think that less-than-a-palmful of over-fried dried-up chicken skins with gristle and little to no meat constitutes as "chicken nuggets" and is an acceptable meal to serve a paying customer...disgusting. Absolutely horrible. 100% disappointed, will never visit ever again.
I wouldn't even accept FREE food from KFC, even with this bad economy. Yep, it was THAT bad.
