This location is the worst KFC I have ever been to in history. Please stay away. I have never did a full review, but they get one today. Please stay away!!!!!!!!!!

Worst fast food place in Georgia I have ever been to. I didn’t realize my order was not full until I got home 20 minutes away (my order was $54.52) the only thing that was missing was three pieces of chicken (all white meat)
When I went back to let them know and get my three pieces of chicken the customer in line in front of me also was back there because his order was incomplete, he went through the drive-thur, my order was taken inside, the lady that took my order originally was very nice and accommodating but when I went back, she was not on duty.
I let them know that I received most of my order (I even told them what I had ordered and received) and then I informed them I was missing three pieces of chicken. I heard them in the back discussing… I heard “he can’t prove he didn’t get it” so I let them know I don’t care about the chicken anymore and this was the worse KFC I had been to and they needed to clean their floors.
The dining room seemed to be cleaned with the water that was used after the kitchen floors were cleaned (grease water). It was raining outside so the bottom of my shoes were wet, when I was standing there at the counter my feet were sliding.. I could not keep them still.
One of the cooks in the back looked as if they had the same shirt on from their 1st day, It looked very disgusting with biscuit batter caked all over it and with holes in it.
I could care less about the three pieces of chicken, but the customer service there was terrible. The cleanliness of the establishment was unacceptable.
After reading all the reviews that are posted, how and why is this restaurant still open??

Absolutely horrible 😞 The lady that took our order was awesome, But when we got our order we were looking in the bag to make sure it was right and the lady that brought it out asked me to look see if she got it right bc she didn't understand what the order was, and no it wasn't right, so she grabbed the box went to the back grabbed another box and told another lady standing back there that she had to (had to what? I don't know) but I wish I had checked the box again bc the tenders are overcooked, dry and disgusting, we're truck drivers so I'm gonna have to chalk this up as a loss bc we can't turn around and go back, I won't be going back, I'm very disappointed 😢

I had a really disappointing experience at KFC recently. The food was far below expectations — the chicken was greasy and overcooked, and the fries were cold and soggy. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time.
To make matters worse, the customer service was just as bad. The staff seemed uninterested and unbothered. I waited a long time to be acknowledged at the counter, and when I asked about my order, the response was rude and dismissive. No apology, no explanation.
This is not the standard I expect from a well-known chain like KFC. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
