Order from them twice never get my hole order always short it should burn down it’s so simple to be minimum wage yet nobody cares, including the managers do not order from the store. They do not care they should all be fired.

Haven't had KFC in years and it will probably be many more if ever again, ordered a 12 bucket and this is what I got (included photo) the chicken was cold, greasy, and the breading was soggy and falling off. Someone saw and put this in there!! Horrible manager too!! Friday night 10/25/25

Received the order. Chicken was under cooked. Went back to the counter... they refused to give us another piece of chicken. This is unacceptable the cashier even talk with the manager., who loudly said there was nothing wrong with the chicken, but never came over to speak with us. What happened to customers always right? Pitiful place.... no will not go back!!!!!!!!

i ordered my food 1hr and 30 minutes in advanced and they still forgot about my 3 large fries.

The lady cashier seem to have a problem, I ask for 2 two piece meals, which gives two sides and a biscuit. I ask for green beans which I paid extra for and get mash potatoes and gravy and cole slaw. I pay close to $20.00 for the meals. I get home sit down to eat and the chicken is like chewing into leather, I didn't get my green beans I paid extra for, so I fed my dog the chicken and sure miss my green beans. I won't be eating there no more. Totally bad service.

The drive through lady was very rude. There was no customer service etiquette or friendliness in general towards me. She just asked “what do you want?” No smiling no eye contact. We won’t be back.

Worst fast food place in Georgia I have ever been to. I didn’t realize my order was not full until I got home 20 minutes away (my order was $54.52) the only thing that was missing was three pieces of chicken (all white meat)
When I went back to let them know and get my three pieces of chicken the customer in line in front of me also was back there because his order was incomplete, he went through the drive-thur, my order was taken inside, the lady that took my order originally was very nice and accommodating but when I went back, she was not on duty.
I let them know that I received most of my order (I even told them what I had ordered and received) and then I informed them I was missing three pieces of chicken. I heard them in the back discussing… I heard “he can’t prove he didn’t get it” so I let them know I don’t care about the chicken anymore and this was the worse KFC I had been to and they needed to clean their floors.
The dining room seemed to be cleaned with the water that was used after the kitchen floors were cleaned (grease water). It was raining outside so the bottom of my shoes were wet, when I was standing there at the counter my feet were sliding.. I could not keep them still.
One of the cooks in the back looked as if they had the same shirt on from their 1st day, It looked very disgusting with biscuit batter caked all over it and with holes in it.
I could care less about the three pieces of chicken, but the customer service there was terrible. The cleanliness of the establishment was unacceptable.
After reading all the reviews that are posted, how and why is this restaurant still open??
