First time trying the KFC in Calhoun as I usually go to Dalton, worst service ever. 4 cars in front of me being sent to park and wait could already see them getting angry, I finally got my food and there was little to no sauce on the SAUCY nuggets I ordered, fries tasted like they were left sitting out for hours and tasted completely terrible inedible, Mac n cheese tasted like chemicals. Definitely not going back, don't waste your time.

Ordered the 12 piece meal to be delivered. Chicken was extremely greasy, could tell by the darkness of the bones not fresh.suppose to be 3 breast only two, chicken nuggets overcooked & very small. Worst meal ever had, this was second time got KFC in Calhoun will not be a third.

So I ordered online got the 12 piece with Mac n chz, potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw. Picked my order up at 8. Grab and goGet home the gravy was dumped out in the bag and was all over everything. Called the Store and the manager wasn't any help at all. But finally after talking to the manager she told me that was out of lids so she told the girl to just put the gravy in a bag. Never once didn't she apologize. But when I asked for her name she froze.

Everytime we get take out order it is wrong. Sides are missing. When u spend 40+ dollars, then have to turn around and go back to get them. So by time we get to eat food is cold. This was my last time. This was 3 times in a row.

My family was passing through Calhoun Georgia today and stopped at this KFC. We spent $27 on 2 10-piece chicken nugget combos and 2 wraps. When I received the food I noticed the bag was light so we parked and I opened the bag and noticed that it was only one box of food along with the two wraps. I immediately went inside and ask the manager to refund my money because they had just put all the food in one box and it was not worth the price at all. The manager was so rude, he said no. He opened up my food and looked through it, and still said no. He was trying to make me take that food that he had already plundered through. If it wasn't for the other employees I don't know what might have happened. Another employee helped prepare some fresh food so I could at least get what I paid for and leave. The manager was terrible. He definitely should not be in management. He also kept my receipt so I was unable to report him properly. He was a obese, balding, unkempt white man with no customer service. This was the worst experience I have had with a manager.

Food tasted fine, but service was undesirable. It seems like they focus on the drive thru more than dine in guests. Only one person working counter and drive thru combined. People standing all around inside waiting to order, waiting on food. Cars that were asked to park in drive thru were coming inside to get their food. Need more workers.

The food was good but , I think they should give me my receipt! I paid 14.53$ for a four piece chicken meal, and one extra biscuit. With no drink .

Placed online and arrived at restaurant on pickup time only to be told that I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for chicken to cook. Trash on the tables and floor.

This new wraps have been out for 1 day and the tortillas are ALREADY stale? ?. And how do you mess up the Mac n cheese wrap? It’s got 2 ingredients and one of them is in the name. But we adding Buffalo sauce to em I guess lol. Thanks for the 2 free famous bowls included in my order too, I guess?
