I have waited almost 45 minutes for my food with only 2 cars in the parking lot . When I first pulled to the the drive thru where u order they told me it would be 15 minute wait for any krystals . Worst service I have ever had in a fast food restaurant

When I go to breakfast at Krystal's I always order the three egg breakfast plate. Over the past year or so I've noticed the portions are smaller even though I know it's still three eggs but I would always have butter on my toast now they don't even serve it with butter you just get plain toast and this morning I came in and I only got one piece of toast and it was burnt at that and I know for a fact that there were not three eggs in my plate.

Waited 25 minutes for 24 Krystal's only. Just to get home and the meat is raw. I called and they want me to bring them back. You already knew they were not cooked when you sent them out the door. We paid 40.65 for raw meat at 3:38 pm 11/12/2025

I stopped by this morning to have breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered 2 Krystal Sunrise sandwiches from the drive thru. In a few minutes I had two fresh cooked breakfast. The bun was fresh the sausage tasty with a hint of spice. The eggs were fresh cooked and the whole sandwich was hot. Good job 👍

Wife ordered no onions, 2 times they had onions. My Krystals were raw. Not even cooked.. They said they couldn't fix her Krystals because all of them came with Onions. Don't eat here!
Visited Krystals in calhoun store # 652 I ordered krystals without onions and was served them with onions when I showed the lady that took my order she tells her coworkers that I didn't tell her that I ordered without onions. They gave me back Krystals with onions all over the bread they still had onions.I spoke with the manager and he said they they couldn't make them without onions. I explained I have visited Krystals in Dalton purchased same order with no issues. To top it off my husband's Krystals where not cooked all the way . The worst experience I have ever had at a Krystals.

I ordered food and had to go back three times and they still left my Fry's out of my order I paid 42$ for my food and had to return it three times and it wasn't all there I'm very disappointed with this location and will never return to this location ever again

On our way back home to Florida we stopped by to get gas and saw this burger place. We decided to try it out and we are so glad we did. The burgers and chili cheese fries were delicious. But the best part was the staff! They were very patient and friendly. Kudos to them because they made our Krystal experience a thousand times better. Thank you!!!
