The burgers are smaller and good. They do take a long time to get order out to you. It’s good but the burgers are shrinking. Service needs to get better too

This place is absolutely horrible my husband waited for 30 min on frozen and smelt horrible food. Tried to call and got no answer customer service was awful
The lady messed up our order by overcharging us by $13. They did refund that amount, but it still hasn't gone back to my bank. So, I was charged $32 for food that we couldn't even eat. The buns were wet, and the meat was disgusting. To top it off, there was hair in our uncooked fries. I would really like all my money back and hope you'll get better staff. I have loved Krystals, even worked there as a young adult, and it is nothing like it used to be.

The Krystal burgers were smashed into the containers, I got charged ala carte instead of a Combo, - 6 cheese Krystals, chili cheese tots, and a regular drink. My total was $19.92. The restaurant was dirty. The floor was sticky, the tables were dirty, and sticky. The restaurant was not busy. Only 2 people were eating in the dining area. I was really disappointed.

Very,very dirty place, The food was horrible and served half frozen. The old lady behind the country really has no business running the register.. she doesn't know how to give change back whatsoever... Just a very messed up place .. stay away from there if I were you!!!

Waited 10 minutes for this !!! The problem wasn’t the food the problem was the terrible service I received from the lady at the drive through. Got the low carb scrambler bowl, I’m already paying extra for that, and asked for extra egg knowing and being okay that that was going to be extra as well and this is what I get. First I get handed the wrong order (that they took back for the next car) and then when I get mine I asked the girl if it was extra egg and she said “it should be!” Tell me this is extra egg! 😡 waited 10 minutes, got handed the wrong order the first one, only one car behind me the whole time and I saw at least 4 different employees. What was the excuse ??

This place is so trash there is not one single good thing to say about this store. reading the respones from the owners in these reviews; they have said they are improving which is just a straight up lie. DO NOT GO HERE GO TO THE COOKOUT LESS THAN 3 MINS AWAY.

I ordered a number one with cheese and no pickles a coat to drink when I got to the window the guy give me my drink which the lid come off of and it went all over me the guy stated he was sorry they've been after HR to order them some more lids this does not clean the coke all over my car nor my soaking wet clothes that I'm wearing they asked me to pull around and they would bring my food out when I get my food they give me a number four which has chili cheese fries and of course the burgers have pickles on them which I asked no pickles and the chili cheese fries don't even have cheese on and everything is cold Krystal is becoming the worst restaurant ever
Drive through service was just awful. As I got to the pay window, the employees were taking their time. No worries that there was 6 cars behind me.

Cold burgers, shady vibes, and one manager who thought we wouldn’t come back.
We love Krystal’s. We don’t have one where we live, so when we’re traveling, it’s one of those little joys we genuinely look forward to—something different from the everyday fast food spots. So when we saw this location right off the interstate around lunchtime, we were excited. It was us and our three dogs in the Jeep, all ready to feast.
We ordered the 24-count big box of burgers. The guy at the window (who we now know was the manager) was friendly and got us our drinks. Then he asked us to pull around to wait for the food. Cool, no problem—we figured we were waiting because they were making everything fresh.
Twenty minutes later, we get our order. We pull out, hit the red light, and open the box… and every single burger is ice cold. Not even lukewarm—cheese unmelted, meat just barely thawed. It felt like they took pre-made burgers from a fridge and tossed them on buns like we’d be gone before we noticed.
My husband went inside and politely told them the food was cold and asked for a refund. The manager refused and offered to remake them instead. But after waiting 20 minutes for cold food? No thanks. And here’s the kicker: the manager and the cook wouldn’t even touch the food. Everyone else working there did—and they all agreed it was cold. The energy shifted immediately. It was like the staff knew this was going to happen. Honestly, it felt like the manager told the cook, “Just throw something together, they’ll be back on the interstate in 5 minutes.”
Well—surprise. We weren’t.
My husband had to threaten to report the charge as fraud before the manager finally issued the refund. And not kindly, either—he shoved the money at him and basically told him to get out of the store.
We ended up grabbing McDonald’s instead, which was hot, fresh, and fast—no drama, no attitude. But the real disappointment is that we wanted Krystal’s. We stopped there on purpose because it’s something we don’t have at home.
Moral of the story? If you’re passing through this location, either keep it moving or walk inside and don’t let on you’re not from around there. Just play it cool like you’re still deciding. Otherwise, you might get the “eh, they’ll be gone soon” treatment.
We still love Krystal’s. Just not this Krystal’s. Not even a little bit.

I didn’t know you could mess up a Krystal , but I was wrong. We ordered 24 Krystal’s and those were the worst I have ever had. The meat on them looked like they been sitting on the grill for hours to the point of them being dried out and black. If we hadn’t already made it to adairsville , I would have turned around and went and got my money back . That’s ridiculous to serve someone that crap.

This location is horrible. The bread is either stale or way too soggy. There is no in between. And they make you go inside if you order online to pick up instead of the drive-thru. What is the difference between handy and over the counter and handing it through the window? You're just inconveniencing people for no reason. The employees have no personality. They don't greet you or even smile at you.
