This location is horrible. The bread is either stale or way too soggy. There is no in between. And they make you go inside if you order online to pick up instead of the drive-thru. What is the difference between handy and over the counter and handing it through the window? You're just inconveniencing people for no reason. The employees have no personality. They don't greet you or even smile at you.

Yeah this place gets no more than 1 star. I paid money for 6 cold hard crystal burgers . When I returned them I got 6 more cold hard crystal burgers. I literally had to go home and finish cooking them in the microwave

I waited at the drive thru speaker for 6 minutes before I was told the car machine was down. I offered to make a mobile order and they said that would work. I left the drive thru line and place my mobile order. I returned to the speaker and waited 10 minutes to be told to pull to the front and wait. At 10:30 I placed my order. At 11:21 I received a lukewarm version of my order. I highly recommend avoiding lunch/dinner service at this location. I contacted Krystal Contact Us and received no response it’s been over 2 weeks. Take that how you will and know that this location doesn’t care about how you’re served or how long you wait. If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely disappointed

The food was on the cold side and it took about 10 minutes to get my food after I ordered it but they were short handed so I can understand that. The cashier was cool. He actually made my food so I wouldn't be late to my appointment

Ordered sack full cheese krystals, was told to pull around and wait with no one in line. After 20 min, I saw a worker walk out and gave a guy a sack full of krystals. Then she looked at me and walked back into krystals. Five women were working at the time, including a manager who was outside on the company phone, having a private conversation in the parking lot. My order was placed at 3:03 pm, at 3:35 my girlfriend went into ask where our order was to find out it was "never made". When I went in to ask them why they gave the wrong guy my food and made us wait while looking at us thru the window, I also asked for a refund and explained I needed to leave. They informed me they do not give refunds. However to give a refund a product must be given they just took my money and give my food to someone else. After waiting an hour total, I received my food and was told someone must have cleared the screen, even tho I watched the girl give my food to another car. Krystals in calhoun Ga has the worst service of any restaurant in that town. I will drive out of town to get krytsals from now on, or at least record the entire transaction and time taken, but do not recommend this facility at all.

The order taker did not know the menu. Grunted "uuuh" a lot in response to questions. It's been over 40 minutes and I'm still in the drive thru. There has been one car ahead of me the whole time. Atrocious service. I will never go back.

Waited in drive-thru for approx 5 mins with no service. Figure there is a tech difficulty and decide to go into the lobby, only to be told it's closed and we need to go through the drive-thru.
Return to the drive-thru and waited for staff to return and it was clear that there was minimal staff at this location (appeared to be two) so we new to expect a bit loner. No big deal. We told 5-6 mins due to an apple pie and asked if that was ok. It was, and proceed to wait. Car behind us get triple the food (I know bc they were our family too) In total they had to make 11 krystals and 1 patty melt 1 apple pie and 2 pups
The only things that were correct were the apple pie and 1 krystal. And waited approx 30 mins. We were the only two vehicles of customers until the last 5 mi s of our wait where another car placed an order.
I've been promised that Krystal's is indeed better than what we experienced.
