I walked over from the truck stop because I take any chance I get to eat something for dinner other than the fastfood slop that seems to be the only options at truck stops anymore. And I can say that I am definitely going to stop in and eat here any time my schedule will allow. The quesabirria was excellent and it took a lot of will power not to walk back over and get another order.
