Incredibly rude customer service. I asked a simple question and quite politely I might add only to be barked by a woman over the drive thru speaker with a very sarcastic answer. Her response didn’t even answer my question and her attitude with her response to a polite and simple question will be the reason I don’t come back to this Little Caesars. Only wish I had gotten her name but she was working drive thru speaker at 10:26pm on 7/18/2025

Worst customer service in Calhoun that I have been to so far!!!! I first ordered a Fantastic Four pizza and asked for light sauce due to dietary reasons and the staff argued with me about, then said he would do it but continued to talk about doing until I left the building. I then ordered a 3 meat on the app and called and asked if the could make that pizza with light sauce they said no. So I asked why I could never get an answer that made sense so I told the manager to cancel the order. I ordered the same thing and the same way in Dalton and they had no issues with reducing the amount of sauce on my pizza. Now I’m going to take my business to dalton and donate my friends and family. It’s sad because I would come to order here at least 4 times a month but they don’t care about their faithful customers so it’s ok.

Went for pickup, saw unpleasant workers handling pizza so I left.Place looks more dirtier inside then outside
Had missing items from a delivery, contacted support who told me "They couldn't correct it" and then hung up on me. I have mobility issues and some days I can barely walk, and those days I get food delivered. Having to rely on businesses like this that don't care about their customers and correct their mistakes in order to essentially steal money is just unacceptable. I will never go back to them, not for the mistake, but for telling me oh well not our problem and then hanging up on me.
Edit The delivery driver (door dasher) showed back up after he was done making other deliveries with items he replaced out of his own pocket. He gets an A+ and next time I see him he'll get a huge tip, while the customer service gets a 0.

Super irritated tonight. Ordered through uber eats for my kiddos. Came out to be the worst of the worst. Delivery driver seemed off. 4 pizzas missing. He came back and brought 1. I called the store they said thru handed out the wrong pizzas. The 1 we got is RAW! Yuck. With all the time they take to get them made I would think it would be cooked. Whatever. I wish the issue could be resolved in a manner where my kiddos would be happy with the pizza they love the most. ? boo Calhoun little Ceasars!
