Had missing items from a delivery, contacted support who told me "They couldn't correct it" and then hung up on me. I have mobility issues and some days I can barely walk, and those days I get food delivered. Having to rely on businesses like this that don't care about their customers and correct their mistakes in order to essentially steal money is just unacceptable. I will never go back to them, not for the mistake, but for telling me oh well not our problem and then hanging up on me.
Edit The delivery driver (door dasher) showed back up after he was done making other deliveries with items he replaced out of his own pocket. He gets an A+ and next time I see him he'll get a huge tip, while the customer service gets a 0.

Super irritated tonight. Ordered through uber eats for my kiddos. Came out to be the worst of the worst. Delivery driver seemed off. 4 pizzas missing. He came back and brought 1. I called the store they said thru handed out the wrong pizzas. The 1 we got is RAW! Yuck. With all the time they take to get them made I would think it would be cooked. Whatever. I wish the issue could be resolved in a manner where my kiddos would be happy with the pizza they love the most. ? boo Calhoun little Ceasars!

Food was fine I already know what to expect from a 7 dollar pizza and got what I expected. HOWEVER I had to wait 25+ minutes for 2 pizzas. I'm not sure what happened to HOT N READY but I'm pretty sure I could do a better job managing that place
You might save a few dollars. But you're waiting twice as long as anywhere else. I've NEVER waited less than 40 minutes. A pizza, two cheese bread, one crazy bread. 40 minutes. You got a big order? Might as well check into the hotel next door. Staff is always doing bare minimum as far as customer service. Better off with Papa Johns and Pizza Hut. If you can't afford those, you probably shouldn't be eating out. Company doesn't care about improvement because broke people can't afford anything else. Just keep ya coming back.

Way to greasy and you call in a order 20 min later you show up to get it it still takes you 30 min for your order to be ready. And most of the time it's wrong so you waite longer till you get the order you placed

Every single time I have been to this location all there are is a bunch of snobby teenagers with bad attitudes. Customer service is horrible and don't expect them to have an order ready that you placed over 2 hours ago I have never walked in and they have my order ready to go. Busy or not stop getting attitudes with every customer there. Plus multiple time I've walked in and there were employees arguing over things smh do better
The price is good especially when feeding your family. These ppl work hard to try to get ur order fast.

Ordered pizza online. Just a basic cheese pizza. It was completely burnt. Was very hard to eat. By the time I noticed it I was home and that's 30 minutes away. Literally was my first time ever ordering Little Caesars and will be my last .

Ordered online at 12:18 pm for 6:30 pm pickup Thursday, May 23. I ordered 8 items. 2 classic cheese, 3 classic peperoni, 1 thin crust extra most best pepperoni, 1 pepperoni and bacon special, and the new pepperoni crazy puffs for my soccer team awards dinner. I arrived at 6:30. Picked up inside and they were moderate busy...nothing like Friday afternoon/evening. Only had to wait about 5 or so minutes. They were nice and courteous. The little girl cutting the pizzas looked a little on the stressed side, but she was still moving right along without issue. Got my order and it was exactly what I had ordered...right on point. All fresh and hot. The team and parents and siblings found them all to be delish. Little Caesars has been our go to fast food pizza for over a decade. The puffs aren't bad, but not worth the money when for twice as much money you get 10x more pizza. Prices have risen quite a bit the past 2 years from $5 pizzas to $8, but still lower than any of the competitors. While the pizza doesn't compare to some of the more sit down type of restaurants, it does hold up to the fast food and many of the sit downs making it still a better deal than others. They do not offer a military discount.
