This is the second time I’ve ordered on the app, waited the 20 minutes or so till they said it’d be ready for me to get there and the staff inform me they haven’t even started it. On top of that the staff was completely unprofessional and rude. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

This place needs new management and new facilities. They can never facilitate even a Friday afternoon. They literally NEVER have ANYTHING “Hot and Ready”. You get here and order one cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza ( no one mentions a wait) and sit 30 minutes. It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS. I will avoid it at all costs from now on.

Ordered one pepperoni pizza, light sauce. Was told the wait was 30 mins which was fine. When I got the pizza, it seemed to have extra sauce so I took it back and asked to have it remade but was told it would be another 30 min wait to have it remade. I just had to get my money back. This location has gone downhill lately. I hope they get new managers with actual training because I used to love Little Caesar’s.

I went inside and ordered a 3 meat! I was told it would take awhile. I was fine with that. Then after a few minutes it came up and they said it had been in the oven but still it was just warm so it had to been sitting for a while. As I went to my vehicle I noticed the box was not hot like it usually is when you get a fresh pizza. Next time I'm going to open it up and not accept it if it's not fresh! I had to reheat it in the microwave when I got home.Also it didn't seem to have enough toppings of meat!
