Ordered take out. Meal wasn't correct and the chives gave me food poisoning, but normally do not have an issue with eating here.

It's a shame to be told, at 3:30 on a Saturday, that there is limited seating because of shift change and the wait, with a minimally full restaurant, is 30 to 40 minutes. Went right to Cartersville Texas Roadhouse, got seated immediately, with a big crowd already there, no excuses. Bye bye Longhorn. I'd never turn business away when there are alternatives. Find a way to say yes, not immediately give excuses. A hundred bucks you'll never sell!

Overall LongHorn isn't bad (in my opinion). The steaks tend to be a bit thin and it's super hit and Miss if they are cooked right. Their prices are fairly reasonable and my dad really likes it. They do have really good Brussel sprouts though! And the white balsamic salad dressing is delicious!
I do wish they had a lunch menu.

Server tried to pass this off as a Medium hamburger. She stated it was medium for Longhorn. If so, be sure to order your burgers medium-well to well-done if you are like me and prefer ground beef to be cooked. I am a rare to medium rare for steaks, all day, but burgers need to be cooked. Server finally agreed it was a little more “pink” than normal and prepared another one Well done, we took to go. Everyone else’s food was ok.

I took my wife there for her birthday and she really enjoyed it. She complained about the birthday Sunday having more whipped cream than ice cream and I reminded her that it was free. She was ok with that. We had a really great time.
