I stopped by McDonald’s this week and it was probably the best experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant the young man who took my order I believe his name is Daniel he was so kind and so patient made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. I will definitely be coming back. We need more workers like this!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s ever!!! Store on 53 Hwy in Calhoun Georgia! I don’t know why I keep thinking it will change! Worst service ever! Always rude and they pull you up every d.!! Time and don’t tell you what you’re waiting on and when you get your food it’s not worth eating because it’s cold! Went to pick up lunch and no line but had 2 orders and when I paid and got to the window they gave me 1 order and parked me for the last and after 20 minutes of my first order getting cold I go inside and they hand me my bag and it was all cold!!!! The worst ever place and you won’t change my mind!

Not the best. If you pay for extra sauce definitely check your bag, and do not expect great customer service. We stopped to pick up food for our child. She ordered it through the app. When we got to the window the wrong order was in. We got told to go to the parking spot to wait. That would not have been a big deal, however they bring the food out, and she had paid for extra sauce. There was no sauce in the bag. I mention it to the girl bringing out the food. She said she guess she would bring it back out with her. We wait and she brought three orders out and did not even look back our way. So my husband went in went to the counter showed them her reciept and the young lady at the counter hands him the sauces. Wich apparently the other person bringing the orders out walks by every time she went in and out. We get the food to my daughter and she could not even eat it because it was cold. This is just one of the many times that we have had issues there. I would definitely not recommend, and if you do go check your order if you use the drive thru.

Went in because I was told to park to wait for my food, I wanted to place a drink I forgot when I was told very rudely by the manager that to go order at the kiosk because he was busy as if he couldn’t simply say hey sir I am a little busy right now I will be with you as soon as I can , that manager ISRAEL needs to be fired. I didn’t know when he was hired he was told to be rude to the customers very unprofessional. Then said either order at kiosk or you ain’t getting nothing exact words.

I used to make McDonalds my home away from home before the pandemic. During, I went to the drive thru one time and ugh.. burger was hanging off a burned bun, fries awful and cold. I tossed the meal in the trash and vowed not to go back. My daughter went in several times and had good experiences. Unfortunately, she didn't tell me she was going as she thought I wouldn't like it. She also neglected to tell me about the remodel. Today, we were out shopping and I told her to stop at McDonalds. We walked in and I was surprised and amazed. The restaurant looked fabulous, clean and modernized. Two employees were mopping the floors, cleaning the restrooms, and bringing orders out to cars. The service to the table was a plus. The young man was absolutely respectful. The food was cooked correctly and tasty. I want to thank the Rodriguez family, especially Dad who always stopped to chat in the past. I didn't see him today, but his meticulous training was evident in his family. Sorry I missed you O.R.. maybe next time.
