Went in because I was told to park to wait for my food, I wanted to place a drink I forgot when I was told very rudely by the manager that to go order at the kiosk because he was busy as if he couldn’t simply say hey sir I am a little busy right now I will be with you as soon as I can , that manager ISRAEL needs to be fired. I didn’t know when he was hired he was told to be rude to the customers very unprofessional. Then said either order at kiosk or you ain’t getting nothing exact words.

I used to make McDonalds my home away from home before the pandemic. During, I went to the drive thru one time and ugh.. burger was hanging off a burned bun, fries awful and cold. I tossed the meal in the trash and vowed not to go back. My daughter went in several times and had good experiences. Unfortunately, she didn't tell me she was going as she thought I wouldn't like it. She also neglected to tell me about the remodel. Today, we were out shopping and I told her to stop at McDonalds. We walked in and I was surprised and amazed. The restaurant looked fabulous, clean and modernized. Two employees were mopping the floors, cleaning the restrooms, and bringing orders out to cars. The service to the table was a plus. The young man was absolutely respectful. The food was cooked correctly and tasty. I want to thank the Rodriguez family, especially Dad who always stopped to chat in the past. I didn't see him today, but his meticulous training was evident in his family. Sorry I missed you O.R.. maybe next time.

I usually get off work 9:30-10, but they always for whatever reason close the inside before they should without fail. Show up at 9:45? We actually locked the door a hour early. We have 3 People sitting down in the restaurant? Who cares, the door is locked! If it wasn’t consistent I wouldn’t care but it’s all over the place. I’ve quite literally seen them lock out their own employees working curbside orders. They also mess up orders pretty regularly, but I can’t blame the overworked high-schoolers for getting it wrong a few times. Probably not the best use of time going here in the evening

This is the worst McDonald's. You always have to pull to the side and wait 30 for your food. Save your self the trouble and go sit down at Cracker Barrel or Waffle House. Just as fast, way better food.

Literally the nicest, cleanest, best tasting and presentable food along with the friendliest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The dining room is spotless and the staff is very friendly. They even play nice jazz in the restaurant.
