I'm saddened to have to leave this review because I frequent this location, and I absolutely love the food here! The drive thru employees are extremely kind and professional! However, I have been experiencing a reduction in my food portions. If we have to pay extra for Walnut shrimp a la carte, then we should DEFINITELY receive the full amount. This has unfortunately happened many times hence my review. I was hoping that it was a mistake that would be resolved, so I didn't complain to anyone until Saturday when it happened yet again. I called the store, and spoke to the manager WILLIAM, who apologized, offered me a free medium a la carte walnut shrimp, and asked me to come back with the improperly portioned a la carte walnut shrimp, and ask for him in the drivethru, so that he could see how I was shorted because he wanted to bring the issue to the general manager's attention in an attempt to find a solution to prevent this from happening in the future. I complied, left my home, and went back through the drivethru only for 2 male employees to hand me the free a la carte walnut shrimp, and tell me that William didn't need to talk to me or see the shrimp that I had brought with me per his request. I appreciate the FREE a la carte shrimp, HOWEVER...the entire point of my return to the restaurant wasn't to get anything free as I had clearly stated to him on our phone call. I simply wanted the problem to be resolved, so that I can continue my patronage at this location. I was very disappointed to see that the same concern and eagerness for a solution that he conveyed on the phone call was not conveyed by him in person. I am hoping that this review will be read by the right person at the right time,and motivate someone to rectify the issue, so that future business is established rather than lost.

First Panda Express that I have been in that didn't have people back there cooking especially when you were out of some of the food. When the lady that was waiting on us went and ask about food I think they told her where it was at because she came back and went to try to cook it for us.
Great food, and very clean. The personnel are very friendly and helpful.

Pretty rude staff the young lady that’s working in the drive-through is also working the counter feeding people gloves, no gloves, but she says gloves are optional why she’s picking on her ear on the hearing device peas that it jumps from people to people to use touching the mouthpiece, scratching her body serving peoples food messing with the food trays and dumping them like nothing When her hands have not even been washed after she’s been picking on her hair and her ear and her mouth where she talks and carry bacteria to the public not cool at all shame on panda express Calhoun, Georgia Gordon county exit 315

Used to be until last night our favorite Chinese food restaurant but not anymore I’m done the food was old not fresh like it used to beParking: No need the food was terrible I’m throwing the food out for fear of getting sick it was old tasting Panda Express you just lost another customer how dare you treat customers this way!
Not sure why the low review. Eating while working out of town and had a great experience. Gentlemen that boxed up my food was nice and smiled while speaking. Young lady at cash register was polite as well. White rice was well cooked and teriyaki chicken was good.
