The food came hot which it hasn't the last three times. The bad part was there web site was down so delivery was for dash. Personal item pizza one topping, large two topping, wings, and deliver cost $88.00. I can get a T-bone two lobster tails for $40. Won't be ordering from pizza but anymore.

In town for a couple nights for an event in Rome but staying in a hotel near this Pizza Hut. Coming back late a lot of places were closed. It was super convenient to order online when leaving Rome and stop by to pick up some delicious fresh pizza on the way back to the hotel. In town with the kids so we got that big box with 3 different pizzas. Everybody loved it. Super hot and fresh. Great service. Thanks for keeping us fed and happy.

This is the worst experience every single time we order a pizza from this location. If you are lucky enough to have it actually make it to your home, it hardly has any cheese or any other toppings that you may have ordered with the “extra” as an option. This Pizza Hut needs to be shut down or find all new employees. If you call to ask the ETA on your Pizza Hut order because your order is now over an hour late from the time estimated on their joke of an app, you are met with all kinds of attitudes from the staff and then hung up on! Their GPS is never consistent, even though I have lived in this house for 10 years and ordered from the location for delivery countless times. This time however Pizza Hut has officially lost my business! If I could give -5 stars I absolutely would. Pizza Hut is why Karen’s exist!

I called them to get some insight on what was going on, got put on hold for ten minutes, called two more times trying to just get my money back and they hung up on me after literally chuckling over the line.

I just walked out of this location after seeing the dirtiest hands handling food. What looked like automotive grease and debris all over hands and forearms of the man handling pizzas at the oven. How does management allow this? I'm so glad I decided to walk in to order instead of delivery. I would have had no idea how filthy this place is.

The past 3 times my husband has ordered from this location they have been out of stock of literally the only entree I eat from you guys and absolutely love. So while my husband and kids have been to enjoy their meal I have not. The chicken Alfredo bake bowl has been out of stock for over a month. Why?? I enjoy that item and haven't been able too because for some reason it's been out of stock so I can't eat and enjoy the meal I love this is ridiculous in my opinion. Service is good but make sure you have items in stock and it not be gone for over a month!!!!

Your order is never correct. If you order light sauce they glob it on. If you order extra cheese you get hardly any. It is usually undercooked. They are not very good pizza's anymore
