called and placed my order for a large pan pizza at 5:15 pm was told that wait time would be a little longer today so it would be 25 minutes. no problem. show up to the store in 30 minutes. told not ready that they hadn't evun got to my order yet and it would be another 15 minutes. waited 20 more minutes. walked in still not ready. asked how much longer she said maybe another 10 minutes. really!!!!! now im sitting here at 6:18 pm still waiting for my pizza!! ugh!! horrible customer service!update. finally 6:23 got my pizza!

In all the years I have lived in Calhoun, I have never had an experience like this from Pizza Hut. I ordered 3 pizzas for my families dinner. They came pretty fast and very hot. BONUS! But- when we started eating I found a long dark hair in a slice. Then my grandson layed his slice back on his plate and said I’m not eating food with hair in it. There was long dark hair in 2 of the 3 pizzas. I called and spoke to the manager who said she would give me $45 of $45.08 back in store credit, then told me I had to use it within 2 weeks. Fine. Not a great answer because we will be skiddish to order again that soon. But I accepted it. That was January 31, 2024 and I am STILL waiting for a credit to show on my account. I spoke to customer service who knew nothing about the credit but said they would pass it on back to the store and I would receive a call within 3 days. Still haven’t. Come on guys, you’re about to lose a very loyal customer who orders often and spends a lot.

I paid $20 for TWELVE wings and I received TEN wings. That’s $3 worth of wings right there. Still giving 5 stars bc the employees are always helpful and courteous.

This place just robbed me with their app for over $30! Will never use their app to order again! Least you could have done was offer a free small pizza or a coupon or SOMETHING considering I just told you that was all of my money for lunch today! They literally zeroed out my bank account and could care less! I'd give -5 stars if I could!

Got put on hold for more than 10 minutes multiple times, food arrived more than 2 hours after ordering it, people on the phone were very unhelpful and just kept putting me on hold and redirecting me. Will not be ordering again.

We payed 65 Dollars for supreme supreme pizza's large. I want it all vegetables on there and meat and white sauce. The only thing I didn't want on was no green bell peppers. You got home and on both the large supreme pizzas. It was cheese on there and it was meat on there and mushrooms and no other vegetables. I took picture of it that's $67 and we bought two sodas and we bought a pepperoni pizza with cheese. Did it go on the pepperoni pizza but that's a second time this messed up. No I'm not going to spend all that gas drop all the way back to get the order right but we order supreme pizza for it. Supreme pizza has vegetables on it like olives onions mushrooms there one sausage on each slice they don't even givel She's already hot peppers anymore like they used to. Then darn it makes them pizza right?

I don't know what's up with our local, Calhoun Ga, Pizza Hut lately... it's just not as good as it was several months ago.We order from them regularly, nearly every week. Lately I would rank their quality along side Little Ceasars... but more expensive.Hopefully they correct their issues soon and return to the quality and service they used to provide;otherwise, I'll have to search for another pizza joint that delivers to our home... I hear Domino's recently made an agreement with a food delivery service. ?
