This was a very disappointing experience. The only thing that tasted good was the croutons from the salad bar. The chicken tenders were overcooked, the chicken on the pasta was gross, and none of my kids wanted their kids meals. I don't recommend visiting this place.

The only redeeming quality of this place is that their servers are friendly and absolutely trying their best. That being said, my family just had the absolute worst experience you could have in a restaurant setting. I don't know what happened (lack of training, scheduling, retention, hiring, or just mass call outs) but they were so severely understaffed that the servers were taking turns helping out in the kitchen. We had to wait almost 20 minutes just to order. Then an additional 45 for our food to make it to the table. No refills. The food was completely underwhelming in in some cases absolutely disgusting. The burgers we got were burned, the steak tasted like pure grease, basically most of it was inedible. We left most of it on the plates. We even had to hunt down a server in a different section just to cash out. Honestly, I wish I had done what the table next to us did and just canceled the order and left. But, again, I don't blame the servers. This experience reeks of poor management with the inability to think of workable solutions. They should have operated on fewer sections so that the kitchen and staff were not overwhelmed and could keep up. Better to have a short wait time for a table than 10 tables waiting over an hour each for sub par food. More could have absolutely been done to prevent this and we will not be back. Train your management better.

Well finally got someone to seat us ! Then we waited and waited and waited as we watched another customer waving and waving trying to get someone's attention to no avail. Finally had to get up and leave just couldn't find a waitress.

Rachel was outstanding as our waitress. She was attentive and helpful. She needs to be rewarded for keeping everything flowing. The rest of the staff, not so much.
If I was an inspector, the store would not receive a good rating. At the salad bar, there was food on the floor- not good and a tripping hazard. There were dirty plates. I did let the host know but finally removed them myself and set them on the bar! In the seating area, there was paper on the floor. None of it was a good look.
I ordered the salad bar and went to get it. First I encountered the dirty plates. Then there was no lettuce. After speaking with Rachel, she was the one to see that everything was handled. Then she returned to let me know I could go get my salad.
After we were taken care of, she then got out the sweeper and swept up the messes. I did find out that the manager was not there. Whomever that is needs to make some changes.

The Calhoun location is disappointing! I’ve been a couple of times and each time it’s the same, dirty, especially the silver ware was really dirty. The salad bar was not very clean either and out of ranch dressing. The waitress was not very attentive. I will not be going back.

Came to eat towards the evening, not very many people at all. Maybe 10 in the restaurant when we arrived. When they sat us, the sun was in our faces. We asked to move to a different table next to us (there were many tables open) and they said no. Couldn't enjoy any of our meal because of the sun. Food was fine, just terrible service.
