Great food, try anything they make. It may help if you know a little Spanish. The restaurant part is in back behind the grocery part. The very nice lady by the door will help you out if you’re uncertain of anything. The ladies in back do all the cooking on the spot, they stay busy so know what you want when you approach them. It’s like most restaurants in Europe: you seat yourself, you go order when you’re ready, you pay by the door when you’re done. Simple. Best tortas for hundreds of miles.

Flautas are so my go to for the price because the meal comes with beans and rice. The tacos are 10/10 and love that they come with radish. Food is always delicious. We are fluent in English and know basic Spanish. While the employees speak mostly Spanish, it’s not a problem with translation because the phone WILL get passed to someone who can help you regardless of your language abilities!! Love that. Love the food. Super kind people.

The food was really good and well seasoned. Our waitress was awesome. The chef was nice and wanted to make sure everything was good. If you are in the area you gotta stop by it's well worth it!!!
One od the only Mexican restaurants that I would recommend (as a Mexican myself) it's the real deal. No Tex-Mex. Very authentic!
Best place to come get you grub on fr fr

Every time I come visit my parents, I stop by Salsitas Restaurant & Market. It’s one of the most authentic Mexican restaurants in town. While the service can vary depending on the day and who’s working—sometimes great, other times a bit chaotic—the food always delivers. The tortillas are made from scratch, the ingredients are fresh, and the flavors remind me of home-cooked meals. The menu is small, but what they do offer, they do very well. It’s a hidden gem that’s absolutely worth checking out.
“I had an incredible meal at Salsitas. Their tacos are next-level—especially the chorizo, lengua, cabeza, and asada. Each bite was packed with authentic flavor and perfectly seasoned meat, served with fresh tortillas and creamy guacamole that tied everything together beautifully. As someone who truly appreciates great food, I can say these tacos were unforgettable. Salsitas knows how to do it right!”
I want to know why are they always in a bad mood and that is that I hardly go in there to order food or even when you just pick up the food . The lady's in the kitchen always have a bad face mean look . It's sad and very unwelcoming .
Hello, I went in and asked for a to go order.. I had to go in person because their phone number referenced on google did not connect.
I asked for a to go order of camarón a la diabla.. and the chef said it would be ready in twenty minutes.
I came back and decided to eat in the restaurant and my shrimp was not cooked well and the sauce was basically water..
And then it was 19$!! Not satisfied. I recommend that you ask to dine in and then maybe they will prepare it better. The shrimp was not prepared well.
