They duped me on my burger I come through sonic daily if not daily every week and the burger is consistent however today they gave me a smaller burger than usually and filled the tater tots halfway I never care about the wait because it’s usually not that long and I understand because they were packed but come on atleast give me more tater tots

We purchased the Unicorn drinks on May 15th, on the mobile app. When the drinks were brought to the car, we did not receive the Unicorn straws!! Terry the manager told us to come back later and we would receive them! The Unicorn drinks were not good and tasted like pure syrup, to which we poured them out! I contacted the location for 3 weeks straight only to be told that we would not get the straws! Nothing was offered in exchange for what we didn’t receive! This was poor customer service and pit management!!

I eat lunch here at least once per week. The service is always fantastic!
The food and service are good, however, do to them always staying busy, expect somewhat of a wait. Other than that, we have yet to be disappointed.
