Starbucks has been a real treat for me in the past, but on my most crecent visit, the order for coffee mocha was not very good.

They had a brand new person on the front by herself. Took 45 minutes to get 2 drinks. When they started our order they made one drink, then made someone else's order in between our drinks. I had 1 lady that was there before us get up and leave before she got her coffee.

Grabbed drinks at the drive thru. Not chatty like other stores asking how your day was, but did his job. Drinks took awhile and we were the only car at the drive thru.

They were terribly understaffed it was only two people and one girl making the drinks. I honestly felt bad for her even tho I was in a rush to get back to work they had her covering drive through drinks and even dine in with 15+ cars waiting outside. I don’t blame her because she was doing her best but I blame the establishment for making her work in these conditions. When I got my frappe it tasted terrible and like pure coffee and no Carmel I just threw it away because not only did I waste my time but my money. I really hope things get better because I enjoy their coffee but I don’t enjoy trash. 👎

I never go out of my way to leave bad reviews at any place but I had an awful experience at this Starbucks recently. I ordered a pink drink with no ice and paid $6, but they only filled it halfway. When I asked the barista about it, she refused and said she could only add ice, which I specifically did not want. Later, when I added ice myself, it still wasn't full, and the drink tasted absolutely terrible with weird looking/tasting strawberry inclusions. I'm extremely upset with the lack of cooperation and the awful quality of the drink, especially since they weren't even busy at 5 in the morning.

Ordered a cold coffee no ice and they said they can't fill up my cup if I don't get ice. Like What??? Really? Just another reason to keep goin to Dunkins. Coffees better there anyways.

To get there and all The doors are locked with no sign and all The employees wearing masks. Two guys sitting outside said the lobby was closed due to a spill
Of some sort..then went through the drive through to be scolded by the barista asking us to order

I just drove pass the starbucks on the way to get to my house quickly because of this hurricane coming our way, everything around has been shut down or has been already closed but as i passed, i saw workers inside and it’s outrageous to see how the workers are still there even thought there is nasty weather coming our way. It’s very dangerous as is since they don’t close till way later and knowing that it’ll get worse as the time goes, i can’t help but feel worried sick for them. management should take the initiative to put their employees safety first over their profit!! They shouldn’t have to feel worried as they’re on their way home when it’s pouring rain outside and dark where they can’t see. Please do better. Take care of them first rather than your pockets. As you can see there is no one outside so you’re not getting anything other than a possible phone call of one of your employees in the hospital.

Soooo, this is not the first bad experience at this location, but I went through the drive thru and ordered a venti pikes because I was in a hurry and after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru window I asked what is the problem, then they proceed to tell me they ran out and are brewing more. Here's a common sense tip, you need to tell me that when I'm ordering it that you are out, and I might want to order something brewed already.
