Not sure if this will be seen by the right people. However, I go here 5 days a week and the drive thru line all day takes about 35 minutes on average. Why? Going to stop coming here even though the associates are awesome people.

I’m a little irritated with Starbuck’s right now because they want to charge us for wanting our shot’s poured into our beverage as opposed to it being blended!!!! If they don’t change this ridiculous policy I’ll just start making my own coffee, yes drive thru is convenient, however this is extremely ridiculous. I believe that a shot is a shot! I shouldn’t have to pay extra for them to pour it in my cup, they want to blend it and throw half of it away!!!! Absurd!!!!!

Like the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Coffee always varies in taste every visit. Need a set recipe and stick to it. Sometimes good and bold other times too sweet or tastes weak. Too much for a coffee to get it wrong. Will not eat the food, never fresh, usually
