Website says they close at 10pm. We got there a little after 9pm and they were closed.

When I went inside, the service wasn't respectful, I ask them 10 inches but instead they give me 6 inches, after they finish my order, they didn't handle the food to me, they just leave it there, the service was kinda rude to me but i will never go there again

My mother who is LEGALLY blind & I parked to the left of the handicap ramp at the Highway 53 Calhoun , GA location. Upon entering the restaurant the employee Riley beGan demanding that I move stating that is a fire lane. It is NOT painted as a fire lane. Riley then REFUSED to offer me a manager's name and told me " you can get that information by calling somewhere else".
I called this morning requesting a manager the lady who answered verified it was a fire lane " just like at a grocery store and we can get fined if you park there." I again questioned a fire truck parking OVER a handicap ramp and added it was not painted as a fire lane to which she replied " I mean I can't make them come paint it. Our home office will fine us and we'll get in trouble if you park there." I then asked for the hone offices phone number and she advised me they didn't have one.
Perhaps I should reach out to the fire dept as well to inquire as to why they'd violate ADA compliance?
Obviously this subway has no problem refusing service or adequate parking for handicapped customers.

ordered a protein bowl and it came with some of the vegetables missing with no notification before after or during pick up of the order lol so it’s just a bowl with some veggies and meat and cheese. Idk if the menu item itself is stupid or it’s the way it was made. Either way not worth for $13, and the employees aren’t helpful at all.

Was going great till the big girl with huge eye lashes took over... super bad attitude and careless with how the orders made. Definitely needs to take a class in customer service ?.
