Would give 0 alllll the way around if I could. Burnt food, (so burnt you couldnt taste anything but char) given food with no meat inside, dirty inside and absolutely rude customer service. Stood at the register for 10 minutes, with everyone looking at me like i was stupid, to order because I had a question about an item. Was told to go to the kiosk and told them I had cash and just needed to order 3 things. Total was 5 bucks, gave them $10 and they had no change to give me back. I had to pick through and find 5 dollars that way I wouldn't lose money. Seriosuly so dirty inside and just unacceptable customer service. Don't go here you WILL be disappointed.

It’s not open 24/7. Came yesterday night and they refused to take my order. Tonight again at 1:40 am, they refused to take my order. It’s been about 7 or 8 times I make the trip here now and it’s a different excuse.

Would have been a 0 if I could! I came through at 11pm on tonight Thursday! And did an online order came through the drive thru to pick it and wanted to place another order just to add one item the proceed to tell me you need to pull around again to do that I said oh okay was fine with it then I get to the window he give me my online order I said is this everything the man at the window then tells me and I quote “umm I don’t can you check it” okay first of all I’m a manger at a different restaurant and this is not the service that need to be maintained! I look at him and said my drink he then says oh yeah hands me it and I drive away as I drive away they turn there lights off as they close at 11:00pm but onnline says open 24 hrs…. I didn’t know I was going to have to come through and pay to do someone else job. This location needs better night management and people! will no longer proceed to go to this location! Horrible service poor attitude and just pure laziness. If you didn’t want to work then should just stayed home!

I've tried to like this location. I've given them multiple chances, but they are getting on my nerves. Literally, every single time I go here, they mess up my order by forgetting something. Especially if you get a free item on the app and add it to the cart, it will not be in your bag. How do you mess up an order every single time? They also need to make fresh rice. Their rice has hard as rock pieces in it.

Don't go to this location at night! There is always somthing done wrong at this location. Everytime I come here to get food at night somthing goes wrong every time. Sometimes they are out of certain food items Sometimes they are out of the beverage that taco bell is well known for Baja blast. Sometimes they just cleaned the grill and they refuse to serve any grilled items for example a quesadilla but this time was one of the worst experiences I've had here. I drove to this location to make sure they were open. I saw that they had their menu board on so I placed my mobile order as I always do pulled up to the speaker I told them that I have a mobile order. They said we can't accept mobile orders because the mobile order system is down. They said that I could get a refund through the app which I was ok with. But I asked if I could order it there and pay with cash then she said that she can't take any orders because the system is down. Why advertise that you are open by having the dinning light on the exterior lights on and the menu board on? The night management is always unprofessional and careless. This place needs a totally new management crew. Corporate is going to hear about this.
I ordered double ingredients on my Grilled cheese steak Burrito but I sat and watched this worker only use 1 scoop of everything.

If I could give a 0 star I would there is a African American lady on nights shift that is very rude I was just trying to get details about a door dash and she said she is canceling the door dash and slammed the drive thru window in my face because I wouldn’t pull around again to the order screen for her as she rudely demanded me too, fire her and get someone worth having on nights messing with my money is what she’s doing and the poor people who are getting off work to get a door dash don’t get one now all because she wants to be rude and not do her job please get her outta there thanks
