Great food and drinks, always. Regardless of how crazy busy it stays; employees do their best to keep up. That’s even if their grill or else gets to stop working; the employees and staff try to keep a good flow. It is due to it the place staying busy that the food is good.

Went through the drive thru got some food for my 1 year old daughter and I. The beans I revived for my baby looked like dry leather. The rice in my burrito was hard and crispy. Terrible experience I can’t believe the serve old dry beans to babies

Ordered DoorDash and paid $8 for two large drinks and never received them. I called the store just to have a manager tell me it was her own mistake and that I should come up there to pick the drinks I paid for up. Do better Taco Bell please. The receipt CLEARLY says two lrg mt dew drinks but you give me a tiny kids sized coke??

At this point, the only thing the person at the drive-thru window has to do is put sauce and napkins in the bag. They don’t even have to take orders or answer the drive-thru speaker. And they STILL manage to mess that up. Incredible 10/31/2025

Just witnessed a video where a very respectful and kind old man placed a mobile order. When he picked up his order he was met with nothing but rudeness. Being interrupted multiple times, ridiculed for saying phone instead of mobile, and when he tried to confirm he was at the right Taco Bell the employee said “that’s not what I asked”. No manager should ever allow this kind of behavior in their establishment

One of the young ladies who works the drive through is disgustingly rude. Massive attitude for no reason whatsoever. If you can't even pretend to be polite, you should not be working in customer service and interacting with customers. She needs a major attitude change.

Super bad experience here the lady at the drive through was super rude! I was the car behind the person at the Ordering box and the girl who gave that person the rudest attitude needs to learn customer service! If I could give no stars, I would. drive through lady very unprofessional was rude to my elderly grandfather needs to be fired ASAP, this is unacceptable and you guys should be ashamed.
