Always getting messed up veggie bowl. Last time gave extra rice and beans when asked for easy. This time asked for no rice or beans extra lettuce. Extra guacamole. They gave me the same amount of lettuce and guacamole. No rice or beans but they added a bunch of chicken. It looks like it was dragged from the bottom of the fryer and I can’t eat the bowl because of the chicken.

I ordered two cheese quesadillas. I bit into a slice and there was chicken inside. I called the store and they first tried telling me that I didn't order chicken, which I already knew. After explaining that as a vegetarian it is completely wrong to be served meat on a non-meat meal. The only response was "well what would you like me to do about it". Management and the food is completely horrendous

Food was good. Service was good. Check your bag. We had items missing but it was because we ordered through the app and one item did not show on their screen. Easy in easy out. wheel chair accessible.

This is a new location for our town. Like any restaurant, they have good days and bad days. However, this one is my preferred Taco Bell. The workers are always nice and polite. They've even offered a free freeze/slushie when the wait is longer than expected for a fast-food establishment. They rarely mess up my order and if they do, they ALWAYS offer to replace the whole order if I have to go back. Amazing service!
Fiance went to get a Party pack of Tacos supposed to be half no lettuce and half with lettuce. Got our order and tacos stuck to paper, lettuce tasted old when I called the restaurant they argued with me that order was çorrect. I wrote the order down so I know it was correct but they just put whatever in box and called it a day!! Will be a long before we come back through ??
