Best Bbq in Georgia. Ribs were best I have ever had and I’ve been from fresh air in butts county to Texas bbq. Hands down would recommend. Service was sweet, prompt and kept the refills flowing!

On the way home to South Atlanta from a trip to Illinois the wife started looking for BBQ spots. Finding this place was random. Food was amazing. The only upsetting part about the experience is this place is over an hour away from our house, but we will be back.
Enjoyed an amazing meal while visiting the area for the first time. We are very picky about bbq and the food here was so great!! Service was friendly and the kitchen staff was singing along with the music which added a lot of fun to the atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options.

It was okay. Greens are definitely canned which is fine I guess. Chicken potato was nothing great and served with ranch which is wild for a BBQ place. The sauce was okay but not great. The brisket isn’t great imho. I’ve definitely had better in west TN and at home so I guess I have pretty high expectations? Idk. I like the Choo choo in chatt better tooThe fried pickles were good. That’s about all I’ve got

Service is always friendly and quick. The menu selection is diverse. The food is STELLAR. The “plates”, the sides, the salads, the “buckets”, and the sauces are amazing. I haven’t had a single item here that wasn’t enough for me to come back. Great job Thatcher’s crew.
This place is always so good. Today, it was so fantastic I just had to give them a shout out. The waitress I had was so kind. The food came out quickly during prime time. The banana pudding was amazing—and not a tiny portion. The burger was fabulous. The fried pickles are superb. Paper towels are kept at the table for you as well as all condiments. Love that. I can never visit Calhoun without stopping in. 100/10 recommend.
