My Mother has been ordering on Doordash from this location a few times now, our most recent one was just a few minutes ago from me writing this review, Almost every single time we get something from here the workers end up forgetting something, or getting one of our items wrong, I hate to write this, but I would like to have my voice heard when the employees aren't paying attention to what orders come thru their systems, I know this since I used to work for Burger King, wasn't a manager but a crew shift member, but I know enough to understand that something needs to be done to fix this issue.

I try my best to take the time to review places when I think the service is great…..all the ladies behind the counter were very friendly! They took our order and it was right up! Nowadays it’s nice to have people be so kind.

Website says they close at 10pm. We got there at 9:15pm and their lobby and drive-thru were closed.

The scanner never works, you can't use rewards from the app, they have no interest in giving you rewards, the fries are always cold and the attitude is always horrible.
When I was at this location midday on Tuesday 12/2 there was an older white-haired man with a cane who asked for assistance getting his money card balance. He had a flip phone but told me he'd run out of minutes. I called the service number on his money card but the robo-voice said his PIN was expired. I excused myself to go to the restroom, and came back intent on helping him reset his PIN, but I could not find him. I'm curious if any staff or customers encountered this man.

What has happened to service in fast food resturaunts? Stop in to get lunch and they have 2 cars in the drive thru and dinning area empty. Takes about 5 minutes for a red head to come over and signs in register and says what can I get you. No greeting no smile. Hands us our order no thank you and turns around. Condiments were empty and no napkins in dinning area, only lids & straws. You do realize that your customers pay your salary right? Without us you are not needed.

So yesterday I came and got dinner for the family and not only was the person in drive thru rude and acted like he hated his job the order was very wrong. Then today I wanted to stop and get a strawberry lemonade 🍋 since according to Google they open at 9am but they told me they didn't open until 10am so why are the hours wrong why do they hire ppl that hate their jobs and rude to the customers???? Very dissatisfied!!!!!

I have had multiple bad experiences here and my most recent one was the worst. More often than not the food is old, dry, and stale. No matter if it’s breakfast or lunch I almost always get hard fries and dry, tough meat. This last time I was given something other than what I ordered. I took it back inside and the woman working seemed annoyed that she/I was there and when she remade my sandwich she didn’t change her gloves after handling a customers debit card. Then, she gives me the wrong sandwich AGAIN! I decided at that point just to throw it all in the garbage and go hungry. My experiences here were all negative so I stopped trying until I saw a sign saying “under new management” so I decided to try them again. This was that “try again” experience.
I will not give this restaurant another chance and I recommend no one else does either.

We came here everyday and only used the drive-thru, no problems. Everything great! Then we went inside gave a 20 dollar bill and waited over 15 minutes to get our $9.33 back. Should have used a card or gone through the drive-thru. Lesson learned. Just 2 Frosty's and 1 soda pop.
