I have had multiple bad experiences here and my most recent one was the worst. More often than not the food is old, dry, and stale. No matter if it’s breakfast or lunch I almost always get hard fries and dry, tough meat. This last time I was given something other than what I ordered. I took it back inside and the woman working seemed annoyed that she/I was there and when she remade my sandwich she didn’t change her gloves after handling a customers debit card. Then, she gives me the wrong sandwich AGAIN! I decided at that point just to throw it all in the garbage and go hungry. My experiences here were all negative so I stopped trying until I saw a sign saying “under new management” so I decided to try them again. This was that “try again” experience. I will not give this restaurant another chance and I recommend no one else does either.

We came here everyday and only used the drive-thru, no problems. Everything great! Then we went inside gave a 20 dollar bill and waited over 15 minutes to get our $9.33 back. Should have used a card or gone through the drive-thru. Lesson learned. Just 2 Frosty's and 1 soda pop.

Ordered a chive potato on my way to work. No salt no pepper. Drive thru person was rude and apparently no people skills. If ur going to work with the public, please learn manners, and acknowledge the customer. I fix my potato go to take a bite, disgusting. The sour cream tasted horrible. I don’t live in Calhoun, but work in Calhoun. I will never visit here again.

Would not recommend, the place seems understaffed and underpaid. Maybe it's improving but there's plenty better fast food choices nearby.
April 2025: “New management.” Seems to be improving. Ordered saucy nuggs but I guess they forgot saucy was in the description. It was like they just dumped a single pack of bbq sauce in the container. The nuggets were also tough. My wife’s meal was good so there’s improvement and they were faster, so that’s nice.
Nov 2020: Still slow, still awful. Didn’t have all of my items in the bag, gave me regular instead of spicy nuggets and gave me a double with nothing on it when I ordered a single with no onion. How can you be this bad!?
Single handedly the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to in my life. I say this because I imagine only one hand doing any work at any given time behind the counter.

Sign says under new management…. Food was made last week it tasted like. Fries were so stale and spicy chicken nuggets were old and dried up. Asiago ranch sandwich was like chewing on a tire. $23 for trash

This place is an absolute joke. My husband just came thru the drive thru line to grab lunch for us and our kiddo, first off the lady taking the order was SO rude, then when he got to the window and asked for sauce she was still being rude, fussing about wanting to go home to a different coworker, and THEY LIT A CIGAR OR BLUNT ONE IN THE STORE AS MY HUSBAND DROVE OFF. I mean cmon???? DO BETTER!!!!
