Their system was down again and they could only take one order at a time. Their signage showed a double pretzel baconator for $7.59. I was charged 9.99 when I tried to tell the cashier some lady got on the intercom and said it automatically charges for a double I told her that her signage showed a double so I should get it at that price. They also have a sign saying make it a medium meal for $1 more and a large for $1.59 more. The math didn't add up. The lady on the intercom wouldn't respond and when I got to the window I once again tried to explain and he closed the window on me in mid conversation. Such bad service. I never have this problem with morning shift. Such shame. I was irritated and disappointed. Never got an explanation for 2 wrong signs. Don't hang them if they're incorrect.

These 5 stars are for Chris. He was the gentleman that attended us and was so kind! We did have to wait a little while but he was working hard and handing out orders to the cars waiting, all with a smile. The food was actually great too! They definitely need help and I hope they can find it. I know a good worker when I see one. Way to go Chris!

This is the worst wendys. They are slow and rude. Bad management.
There's only one other customer there before me besides the drive-thru. They were very busy it was just two women and one young man working. It took a long time to get the order in the one girl had to run from the counter cuz the registers didn't work over to drive through to put the order in yet she remembered it and ran and did it and then she started helping to prepare it. Really the food was good and everyone worked really hard but they definitely need help. The store is very clean the bathroom was clean. I've been a restaurant gym most of my life and it really just made me want to jump in there and help them. They're supervisor needs to get them some help and they also need to fix that register that took so much more time that they didn't have. But they were very nice and did the best job possible.

This place is awful. I've tried going back but gets worse everytime. They charged my card twice. Asked for a refund and she looked at me like I was stupid. Then I asked for a receipt and she looked at me like I was stupid again and said her machine was broke and couldn't give me a receipt. Made her take a picture of it with my phone. I had to go through the 1-800# and finally 3 days later got my refund to one charge. I'll never go here again.

I usually dont write reviews, but the employees here are so nice to me and my boyfriend everytime we come by. They accomodate very well and are extremely kind. Despite looking like their understaffed, which as someone who knows how difficult it is when the workload is so high, they are always so considerate to us anytime we come by. I never mind the wait time and their service is really appreciated. I wish i got the name of who was working tonight, but she is beyond appreciated by me and my boyfriend!

Definitely needs a good cleaning. Stuff all over the floor. Floor wet and slick by soda machine. Ladies room was dirty. Towel dispenser broken. Stuff all over the floor and auto flush didn’t work. Mens room much the same according to spouse.Pop from machine is bad. Tried 3 different types of pop. All bad. Tasted like it needed syrup. Just a disappointing Wendy’s.Clean this store !
