I deliver for a 3rd party service. I came to this store to pick up an order and the 2 frostys they ordered were completely melted and inedible but the worker and manager refused to make fresh ones for the customer. Terrible customer service

This is for day shift management to see this I'm a regular and tonight after working my job I came in for a brownie batter shake at 1215am or so well twenty minutes later I got my shake it wasn't right but I'm too tired to complain. Also it wasn't busy at all and orders were being made late a door dasher was waiting an hour for an order to be done. An hour really I'm sure y'all will address it alone with third shift but if it's not busy no need to have long wait times for food or simple drinks for customers at the very least.. good night

Food was bad and fried not baked like the picture.. coke was so sweet hardly able to ftink....definitely will not eat there again!! Especially for $23...Will go to the near by Waffle
My daughter Iives in Carbondale and works in Calhoun. We stop almost every day she works to get breakfast. There's typically fast service and the food is normally correct.
Today was different. The drive thru took forever and there was just one mini van in front of us. It seemed as if the kitchen worker knew the people in the van and they were casually talking at the drive thru window. This made my daughter late for work.
I had ordered a Breakfast Baconator. There was an extra sausage patty on the sandwich and either not enough bacon or the extra sausage just overcame the taste of the bacon and it tasted more like sausage than bacon- I didn't order a sausagnator.
A couple weekends ago they were out of cream and handed me an opened container and told me to keep it (which was more than I needed and ended up thrown away because I wasn't going where there was a refrigerator- such a waste).
Yesterday afternoon we ordered sandwiches and the drive thru was very slow- seemed like they were just taking one cars order at a time.
The staff is friendly but a little pep in their step would be helpful and having the supplied they need would also be helpful. Very friendly though.

This is the 2nd worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering food from. The worst being the one on Hwy. 53. The oil is always old and I’m pretty sure the people working here can’t read. My order has never been accurate and they have consistently over charged me. I’m done! Calhoun, Georgia has the absolute worst restaurants in the entire State of Georgia. 🤬🤬🤬

Traveling through and stopped for lunch. The young girl that took our order was so rude and looked at you like she hated you.. even slammed the cups on the counter every time we ordered a drink with our meal! Then when we went to counter to ask for ketchup because the dispenser was out she first ignored us and then we had to yell to get someone’s attention. Shockingly she then came up and said nothing and just looked at us! When we asked for ketchup she took a fist full and slammed that on the counter and walked away without a word. Worst service ever!! Another girl would walk by(think she worked the drive through) and try to not even look at you standing there. Why we finally yelled for some service. Can’t take it too personally because 3 others came through and she treated them all the same.. some people do not need to work with public…
