Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

There is a guy named Thomas in the kitchen and was very rude to everyone, there is a girl named Cheyanne that ran out cry because he was calling her stupid and cussing at her. Also the lady fixing the food said she didn’t have something and he said well we put it in the window where would it have went. No one should come to work in that atmosphere and I will be getting more people involved

I placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 6:45. I went ahead to the restaurant thinking it would work like other places, but it doesn't. If it says a time, it won't be ready until that time EVEN if you select drive thru. The manager was AWESOME. She went ahead and bumped up my order. I had to go in and wait but that was a small sacrifice considering she could have told me I had to wait. They have quick service and they still had me out before the 6:45. I was served with a smile as well and my order wasn't missing anything and they were swamped!!! Great service and good food! Great team!!! Thank you Zaxby's crew!

If I’m at the window and I’ve repeated my order twice back. “I want extra sauce on the sandwich”. You don’t tell to the bagger “he wants a tongue torch and a ranch sauce packet on the side” I said I want extra sauce on the sandwich I don’t want 2 extra sauces. She said to me”does that sound correct” I said sure. Because again I’m not going to repeat myself a third time.

Paid 35 bucks for 2 people and they forgot half my order. Second time there and the chicken has been overly cooked both times and today the fries were as if they'd been sitting out all day. And God forbid you want extra sauce. Won't be back. Worst zaxbys I've been to by far.

Slow... more than 40 min. Waiting for food.. very disappointing, it wasn't even that busy.

Painfully slow, just go to dalton or Adairsville instead.

They have great salads.

I drive from Adairsville to this location primarily because of food quality (location closest to me keeps delivering dry/overcooked chicken). I usually go through the drive-thru bit today I went inside, the line was just as long inside as it was outside, so I ordered on the app and came back 10mins later and it was ready on-time! Met the owner/operator, Chip and he was great, very personable, made me feel welcomed, valued and appreciated having me as a customer.
