Ordered wings and things got wings and no tenders Ordered a large lemonade got a small lemonade with a large cup of ice also Ordered a chicken sandwich and got some kind of jerky .

We sit in a crowded drive thru for half a hour and they turned out the lights.

Drive thru was fast and efficient. Arrived before noon mealtime rush. Outside order entered and paid for thru order taker to speed up the flow. Just had to wait in line for the prior ones to clear. Total about 5 minutes start to leave.

Ordered a kids grilled cheese only. Currently pulled around the building where they told me to wait. Was just supposed to be 2 minutes.

We went here for dinner, and it was a madhouse. There was a good many people waiting for their food. The cashier said it would be a 5-10 minute wait, no big deal on that. So we began the wait. The 5-10 min wait turned into about 30 mins. We then seen people that came in after us getting their food before we did. So my wife finally went tot the counter to see what was going on. They said the kitchen was still cooking the vegetables for the quesidilla, which I call bull on, they forgot our oder and that was their excuse. I ended up getting something else, just so it would be quicker to get our food.

Food is great but the drive thru is a zoo.. they never can hear you on the speaker and they always sound like they hate to be there or annoyed when you ask questions. Better service inside at the counter.

There is a guy named Thomas in the kitchen and was very rude to everyone, there is a girl named Cheyanne that ran out cry because he was calling her stupid and cussing at her. Also the lady fixing the food said she didn’t have something and he said well we put it in the window where would it have went. No one should come to work in that atmosphere and I will be getting more people involved

I placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 6:45. I went ahead to the restaurant thinking it would work like other places, but it doesn't. If it says a time, it won't be ready until that time EVEN if you select drive thru. The manager was AWESOME. She went ahead and bumped up my order. I had to go in and wait but that was a small sacrifice considering she could have told me I had to wait. They have quick service and they still had me out before the 6:45. I was served with a smile as well and my order wasn't missing anything and they were swamped!!! Great service and good food! Great team!!! Thank you Zaxby's crew!
