This Jack's establishment is truly a gem. The space is exceptionally well-kept, with cleanliness clearly being a top priority, which made for a pleasant and comfortable experience. Every area, from the seating to the restrooms was immaculate, showcasing their attention to detail. The staff at Jack's are also wonderful; they are friendly, attentive, and genuinely make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The manager warm attitude and willingness to help made the visit even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Jack's to anyone looking for a great environment paired with outstanding service.

Don’t waste your time. Bunch of clowns on staff that goof off while you wait 20 minutes for your food. Ordered a number 5= 2 cheese burgers and fries with a drink. Got down the road and i had fries, and three cookies with no burgers. These people have the easiest job on the earth- putting the correct food in the correct bag yet they can’t even manage that. Less than poor performance.

Food was good. Service was horrible, almost disrespectful. Infact, as we were ordering, I asked the others with me if they wanted to go somewhere else. But we were committed at that point.
The $6 specials after 4pm are great. The food is always really good. The only issue is that this location is always 'out of something.' One day they only had chicken, no hamburgers. Twice they had no sweet tea. One visit they were out of ketchup. I could go on about this, but this sums it up. Their breakfast platter is really good, especially for the price. The ladies that work here are always friendly and you get your order quickly.

Stopped by here while passing thru. Had breakfast, the food was hot and fresh. But the service was the star of the show at this establishment. A very down to earth atmosphere. You can always tell when it's a good company to work for.

When I visited tonight at approximately 8pm I approached the counter to order and the cashier was not friendly at all and I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip dinner with mashed potatoes and the food was cold. I went back up to the counter to get a refill and all of the workers were outside on their cell phones laughing and walking around the parking lot. Sorry service and cold food and when they first opened the food was hot and good. Very disappointed the workers acted lazy and uninterested in being there.

Update, although originally rated 5 stars when they first opened 10 months ago, I eat there often, usually getting the grilled chicken and blt salad and a bisquit. Order time has progressively deteriorated to unacceptable for a fast food restaurant, after waiting 30 minutes during my last visit the grilled chicken in the salad was partially raw..which luckily I realized after first bite. The bisquit was hard. I returned it all to the counter for a refund. Eating raw chicken could have ended badly. There would have to be a major change before I would ever consider returning.

Some of the workers are very rude and attitude sucks this is how I received my shake! They didn’t try to wipe it off and on top of that the inside of it had a big gap in the middle. And when ordering they will say”is that it” over and over until you finish your order! The food is good it’s just some workers attitude needs adjustments!
