Went there for a steak biscuit but they gave me a chicken instead I didn't mind it until I bit into it and it was RAW!!!! I threw up 3 times after eating half that biscuit the employees don't seem to care about the customer the general manager didn't seem to care about how I was feeling if someone could please point me in the right direction on how to I can pursue this matter because management at this establishment don't seem to care.

This place just open in Camilla and I have to say that the service is terrible. Rude attitude at the speaker when ordering. "What do you want?" WOW, what happened to Good Morning, how can I help you? Customer service has gone down the drain and management couldn't care less to fix the issue as management is just as bad as the servers. For a new business opening up in a new area, wouldn't you think service would be exceptional to win repeat business and new customers from word of mouth... well I will be telling everyone, if you want rude terrible service, this is the place to go. Jack's Camilla... do better because you lost me as a customer and I'm sure you will lose more with that attitude your service has.

I was shorted a burger on my order. I went immediately inside. The manager went into her office and shut the door. After waiting 15-20 min., I asked about it. After being rudely spoken to, my burger was thrown across the counter to me.

The younger employees are rude and have no problem showing it.Their service was slow. I pulled into the drive-through and was cut off after every spoken word. The employee was huffing and seemed upset that I wasn't finished ordering when she expected.They need manners and lessons in respect.I then waited 18 mins for 2 sausage biscuits and tots.
