Slowest service imaginable! Ordered online and they got my order wrong! Then went back to correct it. I waited in line patiently and as soon as I got to the counter the girl rudely walked away for 10 minutes. Finally when I was given service, I was laughed at by staff and I was racially mocked for asking them politely to fix my order. I was still not given my order right. Instead of wasted my time with the childish ignorance, I walked away. I will not be returning. Burger King has the same stuff. They are much more friendlier and NO RACIST. I would suggest the manager rethink their employees because that is ridiculous.

McDonald's on South Slappey they have really good food and sometimes the customer service is good but I think they need a little more training when dealing with the public make sure the customer have what they need and they also can have a smile on their face regardless of what they may be going

These girls are the best. They always make my son and I the best ice cream cones after soccer practice. I ask for a beautiful cone and they try to outdo each other and I love that they do that for us. Ice cream machine is never down. Drive thru girls on the night shift around 730 during the week, y'all r amazing. Thank you. Good hires!

I ordered at the kiosk. Our order was lost. Service was slow, short staffed? Over 45 minutes to get our order. Food and coffee were cold. I have nothing good to say about this place...good

I placed my order with the kiosk but when the receipt printed it was blank. The cashier was running behind and did not know who's order was who's. Point being, she gave the couple who ordered before us the incorrect order. I waited 30 minutes and when everyone else had received their order, I asked what happened to mine? The McD crew didn't have a copy of my order and of course my receipt was blank. I told the crew what I ordered and they finally got my order to me, 40 minutes later and without any apology for the delay.It's time to retire the kiosk McD, it sucks!
