So they were out of roast beef, cold cuts, meatballs and other menu items the only had 4 types of chips to choose from. Then only had 2 drinks available in fountain. (No diet) No bags for food. When questioned why they didn't have items acted like they got mad. Won't go back

This Subway is terrible and should be closed or the entire staff should be replaced. I have worked for several Subway stores and have never seen the disregard for hygiene and customer service like I have here. I walked in at 4 pm today and they have their signs turned off and only one person playing on their cell phone behind the counter. The only greeting I got was "WE OUT OF BREAD!" which was shouted at me before I was even fully in the door. Zero excuse for the state that store is in and I'll be speaking with the health department as well.

I love subway but my only complaint is the employees don't come but 5 minutes before they open and keeps the doors locked until they are finished setting up and ends up being a half hour later before I even get to go inside... Not sure if that's the owners doing or the employees.

I DO NOT KNOW who the "OWNER" is but they need to come down and get they restaurant in order. Because (1) it's not clean, (2) you can't even smell the smell of SubWay anymore (3) them young people don't know what they doing, (4) they NEVER have any meatballs, (5) THE OVEN ALWAYS BROKE, (6) they NEVER HAVE SWEET TEA, (7) THE FOOD JUST NOT GOOD ANYMORE
