Sweetly, Shealy: Camilla's Bake Shoppe

Threw my sandwich out the window not 5 miles down the road after we left. Bread was extremely hard & chicken salad appeared to be the amount of a tablespoon on the sandwich. Spent over $300 on frozen casseroles. No other customers were in the building. In the past, I have always been allowed to retrieve the ready to sell casseroles from the front storage freezer. I prefer this bc it's simply easier to see in stock inventory when making such large purchase. Employee was very rude and directly informed me that was not allowed. I certainly understand not going in the kitchen, but again, this was an up front freezer containing frozen, ready to go meals. I have patronized them in the past for large orders for family & friend vacations, and was planning on doing so again in 3 months with my daughter's wedding. Will definitely be looking elsewhere for future event meals/catering.

Stopped by randomly for a treat for my 2 year old on the way through town. Had a brownie cookie that was honestly the best cookie I’ve ever had.

This place is super cute and has great cupcakes. My dog especially loves their carrot-based dog pup cake (he almost takes my finger off for it)

Everything they make there is good. They have a blueberry cake with cream cheese icing that is simply superb. They have lots of casserole dishes that are frozen and people take them home and pop them in the oven or microwave. I think most of the cakes are frozen and I bought a chocolate pie to take home which was delicious. Have eaten many of their products and there is not a bad item on the menu. Try it you will like it.

Parking: Parking is on the street not parallel and there is a parking lot available. You can call ahead and they will bring it out to your car.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is a storefront on a street and entry is ground level.

Love Shealy and her workers are always so nice and helps with questions. Superb food, I love her ready made pans of food for dinner or lunch. Her breakfast items are also really amazing. I have yet to try her sandwhiches. But I did get a chance to try the broccoli salad which was amazing. Sadly they don’t make it anymore cause it has a low shelf life. I do appreciate that her items are really cheap. If you are ever in Camilla, check out Shealy’s shop. Get an ice cream cone, get some sweets. Her everything but the kitchen sink cookies are to die for! My husband Willie comes by & buys me sweets when he’s in town, and one time he bought me a bath set of really nice bath salts, soap & it was so beautiful it came in a set with a soap holder as well. She also sells premium candles that are really pricey but they smell amazing. I got a few, really worth the price lol. Go see Shealy!!

Super friendly staff, did not have what I was looking for but had a great experience. If we are ever in the area with more time I will check them out again.
