Horrible!!! Ordered a mexcian pizza and it was awfully stale, smelled putrid and old tasting. If they don't want to work on weekends and serve fresh food apply somewhere else that don't serve food. On Saturday's mexican pizzas are stale and sold old after a certain time. When you have quality workers you have quality food and from what I was sold this establishment has unhappy, hate their jobs workers. Not to mention the pizza had about 7 tomatoes on it and looked very throwed together. Tourist and travelers like to eat while traveling and that's My Last time ever going back there. I'll spend money in Albany!

Used Google Maps. The hours showing states "could be incorrect." The hours on the door state 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M., I inquired about the hours, and the employee answered I work the morning shift. As I reviewed the menu, I was told I could place my order at the kiosk if I liked. I stated I would not like. I ordered my food. I was disappointed that tacos only have cheese & lettuce. I decided to dine in. The building was warm when I sat down. The windows allow a lot of heat into the dining room. Air conditioning did come on and was enjoyable, but then it stopped. If Taco Bell goes full-fledged kiosk, just another fast food chain off my choices.
But it's hotter inside Taco Bell than outside.

I'd give a zero if i could. My order was 3 grilled cheese burrito deluxe boxes and a beefy 5 layer burrito. There was a sign at the drive-thru that said there was no lettuce which was ok with us. Upon receiving our food at the window, we didn't receive a receipt, straws, or sauce packets, which wasn't a problem either. We looked at our food to make sure the order was correct and found that we were missing the beefy 5-layer and a cinnamon twist, there were no tomatoes on any of the food, the burritos and tacos were by far the sorryest made taco bell we'd ever seen and the chicken in the cantina chicken tacos was cold and hard. Like they forgot to turn the microwave on. Im not exaggerating and even took pictures. We spent almost $40 on a meal that was worthless. So irritated by this. We addressed the issue with the guy that took our order. He said he was sorry and gave us what was missing but there was nothing he could do about the rest of the issue. Never going back here. What a waste of money.
The taco shells were rancid, and we were unable to eat. Also there was very little filling in the tacos, we wasted $14, but it will not happen again! It was not worth the one star I gave, and I still can't get the nasty taste out of my mouth.

9 times out of 10 the food is always good and that's amazing compared to any other tacobells nearby. Employees are always nice. Whoever recommended me the avocado ranch needs a raise lol ❤️❤️
Over the last 10 years or so, Taco Bell has seemed to have gone downhill in food quality and QUANTITY. Being out of town, thought I would give this location a try. Glad I did, they were actually good, and made the burritos like their suppose to with actual ingredients inside. Other Bell's seem to use a teaspoon of beans and hardly nothing else. The ground beef is still on the nasty side though.
