9 times out of 10 the food is always good and that's amazing compared to any other tacobells nearby. Employees are always nice. Whoever recommended me the avocado ranch needs a raise lol ❤️❤️
I ordered through the drive-thru 2 crunchy tacos, a 5-layer burrito and a burrito Supreme.As I ate through the burrito Supreme, I was waiting for the sour cream. The very last bite had a teeny glop of sour cream. Taco Bell...what's going on??

Food was ok Taco Bell but the lady who waited on us was excellent in all ways. I wish I remembered her name.
My son had a job there and it was not a good experience for him there is supposed to be an open door policy but instead the GM is very messy and loves mess when he complained about issues to the GM instead of trying to solve the issues she goes and tells the manager the manager approaches my son telling him he oh you threw me under the bus we know the GM PERSONALLY so this is not to bash her but speak the truth the manager told my son he doesn’t have to help he gets paid to manage that’s it so while he washed dishes the manager sat in the office 90%of the time my son was also told to clock out at 1230 but stayed till 120-130 to finish the dishes the gm also discusses personal business with other employees and then plays victim .this is a very uncomfortable place to work, hostile, unethical, unlawful place to work and would not recommend it to and young kids only older adults

Walked in and 5 people were trying to figure out the self serve! A guy was waiting at the register and i was behind him,employees just looked at us and ignored us! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! We both walked out and left and went across the street to Burger King,they were at their register working for buisness!!
Consistently provides great tacos and I never feel like they skimp on toppings. Customer service is usually decent but not always. If recommend eating here.

We like to dine in bc we live about 15 mins out of town and honestly, taco bell is better fresh. We ordered at the kiosk. 20 mins later they had our food ready. They continued to fill the drive through orders before the lobby which is why it took so long to get our order, considering we were the only ones waiting on food in here. Finally got our food and the taco shells tasted strange and we couldn't eat them. They gave us a coupon in the bag, I'm assuming due to the long wait. The coupon said we want to make it right. It expired 12/31/22. What a joke.
