This pizza cheese was a little salty. They normally have great pizza but this time was very mediocre. It’s worth another try.

As always the food was delicious! However we have never had such poor service as tonight. The ticket said her name was Devon however I couldn’t be sure that was correct as she didn’t introduce herself OR provide even decent service. My husband had to go up to the counter to ask for things and we asked for the bread they usually put down in the table with drinks several times and when finally got it when we were both finished eating. She was seemingly somewhat attentive to other tables. My husband commented to me after this treatment/lack of service we may have to find another Italian restaurant. Neither of us know where to start with that as no one’s food is delicious as Alessandro’s. Disappointed!

#1 the sweet tea was rancid (spoiled)#2 the table bread was good#3 the main dishes were terrible. The chicken felt like they cooked it yesterday or the day before & added it to the meals today. My dinner salad has soft & spongy tomatoes (I pushed aside) they was hardly any green salad. I ran out of salad greens & just threw the olives, hard dry chicken pieces, peppercinnis & feta away. My husband threw his chicken Alfredo away. He said his chicken was hard & dry also. Terrible Meal.#4 in 15 years they haven’t updated the interior of this restaurant# 6 I will never go here again. They have gone down hill

It's just decent. Nothing impressive. Basically, it's an Italian pizza joint. The pizza looked good on another table close by. I had the lasagna. Just so-so.

We ordered four entrees, a wedge salad and four desserts for pickup, and WOW. Everything was amazing! Generous, tasty portions, and every dessert was fantastic!
Excellent atention. Good Italian food, fast service, little parking, clean facilities and bathrooms, prices not very supportive but it is worth eating there.

Food was decent, not great. My 2 daughters and myself all agreed on a 6 out of 10. Service could be better, it was later in the evening, if that could be a factor. Asked for lasagna to go, but was told they ran out. Sad for an Italian pasta place to run out of that particular dish.
