I have no problems usually with this location getting orders correct or preparing the food promptly. I have just noticed over the years that EVERYONE is in a bad mood. Even the new employees that come and go. Everyone seems to just be regretting their life choices or something and very few employees are friendly, smile, speak cheerfully or seem to be glad you came to give them business.
It's kind of ironic because Chick-fil-A is next door and you'd hope the cheerfulness would rub off on them a little. But nope. 🤣 They're mostly all grumpy cats over there. But like I said, usually the food is warm, fast and looks semi-like the photos you see in the advertisements.
It's just such a drag to go there and brings your mood down a little because they all seem depressed or annoyed. Perhaps it's management. Leadership and motivation starts at the top. If you do it well, your people thrive and enjoy work. If you run them down, they don't and just come in for the paycheck. I've come to this location for over a decade. Let's work on the location and corporate attitude as a team. I believe you guys can do better.

The guy that said dude a lot was cool. Made sure the food was good and it was good. Very clean Arby’s. I wish the beeps weren’t so loud from the kitchen but other than that it was good, will order again and again.

Food was great and hot, cashier wasn’t very friendly and seemed like English wasn’t her first language. It was pretty clean with only minor trash, plenty of sauce and the soda machine was working. There’s enough parking but the drive thru is tight for bigger vehicles.

No more Happy Hour? I went through the drive thru and this location said they no longer do Happy Hour. I pulled over and opened my app and found a deal through that. While I was waiting I heard 2 more cars going through the drive-thru asking about the Happy Hour and they all chose to leave. They both pulled next door into Chick-fil-A! Gotta have some better deals for people Arby's! They also changed the bread they used for the sliders and they seem so much smaller now! The bread before was so much better.... Now it tastes like a cheap version of a Kings Hawaiian Roll.
Food was hot and tasty. Bread on sandwich was smashed flat.

When you make two orders, it's probably for two people therefore two people will require two condiments, not one. When a customer asks for another condiment, the correct thing to do is give them another condiment. If I have to drive 500 miles to another Arby's I will rather than purchase anything at this location, SPREAD THE WORD!!

This is the only Arby's in town, its a decent one I eat there a few times a month and the food is always hot and fresh. I've never had to wait the foods always ready fast. As far as Arby's go its a good one.
