I have patronized this location for many years. I love their food, their friendliness and importantly...always clean. this not only includes the dine-in but always the kitchen and restroom.Kudos to management and staff!This is where it gets even better! Due to my store closing, (where I work 5 minutes away) I often times eat around '10ish' at night, when people can easily get grumpy and eager to be closing. Not these staff members! Wow, very impressive!Nathan FletcherI have on many occasion, been served by a young man named Nathan Fletcher! He is dynamo...always a smile on his face with a light-heartedness to that incredible demeanor built naturally within him! Refer back to '10ish' at night! I have never been served by him when he was not a bounce of joy when serving me!I have, (for many years previous) worked with young people invarious settings. I recognize the strength of committment in those of our young people who possess it and what I see in this young man gives me pleasure to say that with such conviction. This was an online order and pickup up Inside. Not the restaurants fault but someone had taken my order on accident I suppose. They quickly remade my order and had me on my way. Over all the restaurant is good and has good food.

The food is just not on point. Needs to be fresh not sitting around. French fries have like a 7 minute window before they are inedible by the way guys. Arby's and every other food place it seems need to get that through their thick skulls. Don't serve me your old past throw out time product when I'm paying and I ask for fresh.
There are No potato cakes on the menu, arguably the best item on Arby’s menu ever & getting rid of them was a colossal mistake. I got the hush puppy-breaded fish & they may as well have served those separately; the breading fell off the fish in tiny pieces, so it all had to be eaten with a fork or spoon.The drive thru employee was very rude demanding to know how much we were going to donate but never told us what charity or that they were even taking donations. Perhaps Arby’s isn’t & he just wants help with a car payment. Who knows.

Tables and seats nasty. Out of the steak sauce to go on their limited time burger. Curly fries cold and mostly burnt end crumbs. Sauce pumps basically empty.
