Cleanest and best service Arby's out there that I have seen. Staff never misses with service. Never had a wrong order.

No breads. 2 weekends in a row. No bread for Gyro combo and now no bread for new Angus Steak combo... wow... must be tasty but I would not know because they are out of bread on weekends... would be great to visit to receive what you ordered. This store must have had a lot of waste if they do not order bread for a weekends. Also noticed they prefried all fried items and were sitting on metal sheet pans. I guess not to waste but then litems are not fresh and hot to customers, please remember ServSafe temps. Got a refund because I visited for the Gyro combo... ironically drove back by location on way home then see all exterior lights are off at 9ish same as earlier in week. You guys should just close at 9pm instead of 10 or 11... mixed closing times are not good for potential customers they spend $$$ at other restaurants that have more consistent times and more importantly available menu items. Guessing I will go home to cook.... which I should have done in the first place... after a weekend business trip... this location would drive me crazy if I were the QSR owner. Change is good...

Very disappointed today in my experience as my dine in order took 20 minutes to complete while the drive thru orders seemed to be very fast. Management, please do better.

Check your food if you order threw the drive thru. I have paid for things NUMEROUS of times never got them. When you return & ask them to replace missing item you called about they don't have any record of it so boom you are still out the $$$ & product. They don't care they got your $$$ & was able to sell the product AGAIN so double profits for them which adds up quickly
Posted hours of operation are totally inaccurate. This Arby's is regularly closed when they should be open.

The girls on the front line were super nice and very patient with me. I do miss the tater cakes. My food was fresh and hot and that doesn't happen at the Acworth location.
