This was my first time trying Atypical vegan. It is challenging to find a vegan place in Canton, so I was happy to have found this place. I had a great experience. I walked in and was personally greeted and assisted by Chef Richard. I ordered the tacos and red velvet cupcakes. The food and service was amazing ?. The tacos had great flavor and the red velvet cupcakes were amazing! They were moist and the frosting was nice and creamy. Highly recommended! Give them a try!

Food is amazing. I personally don't like mock meats, so the chef subbed out the impossible meat in the burrito for mushrooms, which was awesome.

Cannot say enough good things about this spot and the wings!! The smoky flavor was incredible, and even the meat-eater in the group said they were amazing. Will definitely be driving the 40 mi from Atlanta to have these again!!

There needs to be a vegan restaurant in a gas station of every state. I can't wait to go back and try more items.

Parking: Normal gas station parking

Wheelchair accessibility: It's like going to any gas station, ground level and no stairs.

We had just moved from Atlanta (tons of vegan places) to Canton (none of vegan places) and I was getting pretty bummed out at the lack of options here when I found Atypical Vegan on Happy Cow. We went to check it out around lunchtime, and all my skepticism about a restaurant inside a gas station was immediately gone when we were greeted by the amazing Chef Richard. Chef took his time patiently answering our questions, and we decided to sample the wings; some of each flavor, the savage burger, and the Himalayan fries, with the homemade tea and lemonade. We were blown away. As two native ATLiens, we know our wings- and Chef's wings are some of the best we've had, vegan or not! Everything, from the chips and salsa to the Cakelanta red velvet cupcake was amazing. Chef Richard was a gracious host and his story is so inspiring. He really knows his vegan food! We liked it so much, that we've been ordering breakfast through Uber Eats regularly! The biscuits, tots, chicken and waffles, and the Jamaican patties are all legit the best we've had! 10/10 will eat again

we were immediately greeted by the owner/chef, who explained everything to us in detail. The options were amazing and everything is totally vegan. The vegan shrimp tasted very very good. The patient sing in the potato/"egg" dish was superb We ordered a second meal to go for later in the day. We expect those dishes to be just as good. You can get the food to go or there is a small place to sit in the middle of a Gas station convenience store. The spicing in the potato/"egg" dish was superb.

We stumbled upon Atypical Vegan N More on our 11-day road trip from PA to FL and back. It was like no other vegan experience along the way! The moment we walked in the door, we knew we were in a very special place, because we were immediately greeted by the most amazingly interesting and cool restaurant owner we'd ever met. Meet Richard F. Glenn, vegan chef extroidinaire and author of inspiration. Richard helped us navigate his most-delicious-looking and inviting menu, which consists of over 30, all-vegan options. Then the fun began! We actually spent the next three hours sampling and discovering foods and flavors that we'd never even imagined were possible in the vegan world! We knew from the first bite that Richard knows what he is doing when it comes to vegan cooking. Starting with the homemade tortilla chips and exceptionally fresh and delicious salsas and Richard's fresh-brewed hibiscus iced tea! We were now refreshed and ready to take on the to-die-for Beyond sausage and Just Egg biscuit (the biscuit is homemade, btw), topped with melting cheese, of course and a side of Richard's homemade Welcome Home Fries and an order of crispy tater crowns! OMG!!!OMG!!!OMG!!!OMG!!! Then, as if we weren't completely satisfied and full enough already, we were having so much fun, and became so intrigued, that we decided to try the famous smoked Savage Burger, topped with cheese again, of course. Wow! The burger was the absolute best we've ever eaten, anywhere, even before we were vegan! Then, we added an order of Pecan Smokies wings, half garlic parm and half spicy jerk, and a side of Richard's homemade, fresh cut Papa's Fries tossed in a spicy cajun seasoning, to go, so we could have them for dinner later, which we did, along with a cold beer. Again, we were blown-away! The food was just what we were craving and satisfied our ever taste bud. And it was wrapped so carefully with love, and I was able to heat it, and bring it back to life just as Richard would expect! Lastly, Richard so kindly acknowledged by birthday, with a complimentary, homemade Cakelanta red velvet, cream cheese iced cupcake, which is a must-have. We actually, got two more to go! Everything at Atypical Vegan N More made for a wonderful birthday memory and very full bellies. The only thing we still wish for, is that Richard would move to Pittsburgh, PA! We envy the people of Canton, GA. Our take-away...we will travel far and wide to have the Atypical Vegan N More experienc Updated from previous review on 2024-03-30
