If you are looking for a spot in Canton that actually delivers, Bistro C is the move.
I took the family in today (mom, sister, and her boyfriend) and the experience was flawless. I had the Blackened Mahi sandwich and it was easily one of the best I have had. It was fresh, perfectly prepared, and hit the spot.
Huge shoutout to our server, Mira, who was super friendly, attentive and really helped us navigate the menu. And grateful to the manager/cook, Adan. My mom needed a special order that was not even on the menu. Both Mira and Adan stepped up and made it happen personally. The service was perfect, friendly and that alone would have been enough to go back to the restaurant, And despite the special order, there was no hesitation. It was just A really nice experience all around.
It is rare to find a place where the food and the leadership are both this high caliber. Massive respect to Mira and Adan for taking care of us. We will be back for sure. 👊

Went in for lunch. Great service and fantastic food. We had the tomato basil soup, brisket and pimento cheese sandwich, and the steak sandwich. Both sandwiches were DELICIOUS and came with delicious, crispy fries.
I think the steak sandwich edges out the brisket sandwich by a small margin. Mainly because the steak sandwich had a better balance with the horseradish aioli and Dijon balsamic. The brisket sandwich leaned more rich, but very savory.
The portion sizes were perfect, left feeling full, but not stuffed.
We will definitely be back to try more of the menu. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Super yummy! Paninis were fresh and steaming hot, roasted chicken juicy, and the parsley fries were the perfect crispiness. Green beans snapped and not greasy. Tiramisu light texture and decadent taste, so good.
7-year old says we should write a review that “this place is 10 out of 10 with a lot of heart emojis.”
We both liked the open kitchen, so you can see all the prep surfaces
