I picked up lunch today at my neighborhood BoJangles. I got the 4 pc chicken supreme combo, which was good (thus the 4-start for food). I unsually get the 3 pc, but when the automated order-taking robot suggested the 4 pcs, I agreed (thus the 1 star for service because I fell for the strategic marketing technique). When I got to the window I asked for an additional BoSauce as I know that one Bo sauce is barely enough for the 3-pc. The server stated that the extra sauce would cost me $0.27. I declined. The sauces are the same size, and you receive one with each meal, whether that be a 3, 4 or 5 piece. IF Bojangles believes that 2.3% extra is worth loosing a customer over then maybe senior management needs to re-evaluate their business model. I am not saying that I will never be back to this Bojangles. They are very convienant to my work; however, Popeyes was going to charge $0.37 for a pack of mayonase about two years ago and I have not been back to that location since.

They never have anything I order ready. Its always pull up and wait. I like things fresh but there should be no reason why you don't have chicken or fries cooked. Get my order for fries to be cold.

Oh, Bojangles, you absolute legend of disappointment. Thirty minutes in your drive-thru line. Enough time to contemplate my life choices and wonder if I’m auditioning for a role in a slow-motion disaster flick. Finally, I’m handed the prize: a biscuit so doughy it could double as a stress ball. Undercooked? More like barely kissed by heat. I didn’t order a raw dough puck. Next time, I’ll pack a tent and a portable oven so I might get my food faster. Zero stars, but I’ll give you a participation trophy for trying. If you've got all the time in the world and enjoy eating prison food, come on down to Bojangles.

Imagine being so triggered by a Taylor Swift hoodie. You can't do your job! Bahahahaha, thanks for not preparing my entire order over a hoodie !!!
Had ran out of biscuits and while ordering asked for if the biscuits were fresh and said yes, Get to the window to pay was told about 3 minutes for biscuits. Well pay and then had to park, after 20 minutes of waiting when inside to be told that the first shift had left them hard biscuits. Not to be honest with the customer and then had a nasty attitude.

I ended up not even ordering to eat there because while I was in line I noticed that everybody behind the counter was being extremely rude to each other and even to the customers in front of me. I ended up walking out and I will not be going back to that location.

This was our first visit to this location. The food was great and the service was friendly. We had fried chicken and tenders and also tried the new nuggets. I like the spice that in all the chicken. The sides are tasty, we had fries, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. The biscuits were amazing. Our only complaint was that even though we were the only people there at the time, many of the tables were dirty and some still had trash on them.
