Went to Bo's for a quick bite. When I paid, I asked for a receipt and was told I would get it with my food. Waited at the window for 6 minutes after paying and was given the wrong order. I sat there for 11 minutes at the window for them to figure it out. Of course they didn't have my receipt. Then I was told I would have to wait 10 more minutes for dark meat, so I said just give me whatever. I honestly think for the massive screw-up I would have been given a cookie. Nope. Just suck up their screw up and drive on.

I placed an app order for 4 family sized meals for some bereavement food. The food was ready, hot, fresh. Everything was correct and everything was delicious. It was great food for a sad occasion. The staff was also pleasant. I live 25 min away from this location but would go again.

I haven't been to a Bojangles in a long time, and I stopped off here. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo & and sweet potato pie. Everything was hot and delicious ?, and I loved the way they seasoned their fries they were beyond delicious. I'll definitely be back again.

Excellent chicken, pleasant staff, prices are a bit higher than they should be, of course all fast food is overpriced. You can go to a sit down restaurant and be served for the same price or not much more.

The drive thru was broken so I had to go inside. There was no chicken and no one was cooking any. As a matter of fact there were 4 people on the register and not one of them cooking. Workers were rude. When I finally got home with my food, the order was wrong. I paid $45.00 and didn’t get the food I ordered. Very frustrating to be provided that type of service when paying that much for chicken. Would not recommend this place to anyone and I will certainly not be back. Waste of my time and money.

An adequate representation of the franchise. The staff up front has been friendly and helpful. And I've seen them cleaning the dining room. The food quality has mostly been great. They close early on a couple weekdays due to staffing issues. Service has been prompt and I've never had a long wait.
