Food is always subpar and almost always incorrect. The service takes FOREVER. The sweet tea is either chokingly sweet or unsweet. I hate the automated ordering box, but at least it has basic customer service. This is an issue everywhere, not just here, but people can't seem to dress appropriately, be clean, look you in the eye, or say any niceties like "you're welcome" or "have a good day." Also, the health food rating is 83. Need I say more. I won't be coming back until it's much improved.

This location has terrible service. Lazy employees arguing about who will serve the customer, food takes forever to get even when we place an online order for curbside pickup. They just ignore that you’re there for pickup, don’t answer the phone, and are completely unprofessional. Food orders are always messed up, too. They seriously need training or a new staff.

Consistently the WORST service of any restaurant in the Hickory Flat area. If they ask you to pull up and wait for your food, just say no. Don’t leave the window. They will forget about you and you will end up walking in after 20 minutes asking for it in person. They also have a 70 on their health score. I’m just done with them. So frustrating. Get it together Bojangles!!

We drove up and all the employees were outside talking. We went the drive through and got a 20 price meal with 4 side and a 1/2 gallon of tea and a 1/2 gallon of lemonade for a total of 58$. When ordering they said they were out of Mac and cheese but if we wanted to wait 15 min then it would be ready. Well we wound up waiting 30 min and it was still not ready so I went in and I see my food just sitting on the counter getting cold and Mac and cheese still not ready. They asked what I had for drinks and I told them for them to tell me they were also out of lemonade. As I was still waiting the Mac and cheese finally made it to the window and no one moved to get it. I am done with them they had 4 people working and I was the only customer so there is no excuse for the laziness I witnessed. They used to be so good but have plummeted off the cliff over the years…. Needless to say I will not being going back there again.

Don’t come here if you plan on dinning in, on multiple occasions I have, and MAYBE once I haven’t had to wait under 10 minutes Just for someone to take your order. then on top of that you’ll spend 30 minutes waiting for your food. You’re better off driving to a different bojangles cause it’ll be quicker then this one

This place used to be so fast. The last few times I've ordered on the app for curbside, it never comes out. I'm left waiting 20 plus minutes and end up in the drive through. This last time will be the last time. They sounded so annoyed with me. For what? Needing to give me the food I'd paid for?

Went hickory flat location today. Wife ordered gravy biscuit with sausage and southern chicken biscuit and also some Bo rounds. I had the 5 piece chicken tender meal. When we got home. Mine was fine. My wife’s however the gravy biscuit was without sausage and the chicken biscuit was a Cajun chicken biscuit. The Bo rounds were supposedly just cooked because we had to wait another five minutes for them and we live only 4 miles from this restaurant and when we got home they were cold like they weren’t even cooked. Wife had to air fry them so she could eat them. If it was busy I can understand some hiccups. But we were the only ones in there and the only ones that had ordered. No other people waiting. Someone needs to retrain the staff on quality control in here. Raw Bo rounds isn’t acceptable. Neither is the rest of my wife’s order being a total mess. Will be a while before we eat here again.

This Bojangles was at one time pretty good. It's obvious that has changed with their poor window staff. Food is usually cold or at best not hot, if you order coffee you get a half cup and you have to beg for condiments. Overall I would say don't waste your time and go 100 yards down the road to Chik-fil-a where the workers are courteous and professional.

Every time I go in this Bo's Its horrible service from the time to place an order because the employee takes a tray of tenders to let the customer pick her own out of the tray! Twidle & Twidle D can figure out what they are supposed to do and it's management fault because they either don't train anyone here or they don't care anymore than the jokes behind the counter. Shame on Bo, are you just waiting and watching till this store crashes and burns so you can write it off or are you going to step up to the plate? I watched 3 customers leave while I wrote this...and another one bites the dust
