I'm not the only one that thinks their employees need better training... they're very rude and unprofessional. I look forward to coming to Bojangles at this location however I approached the checkout area and honked my horn after waiting 5 minutes where there was nobody at the window she then very rudely says can I help you I tell her I placed an order and she goes I don't have the order well I just went through the drive-thru she proceeds to tell me we don't have blueberry pie I don't know what you want me to do.. she just played a horrible level of customer service and had there been a live person to take my order and on an automatic system I may have got my order.

Old food they continued to serve, slow service, manager was outside “having a bad day.” Ordered online and they did t start making it for 25 minutes after I arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready. No apologies. No trying to make it right.

This used to be a solid place to get a good meal quickly. Unfortunately it's following the pattern that all other fast food chains are at the moment. They are understaffing in order to increase profit. Every employee that I've ever interacted with at this location has been great. They're helpful, friendly and doing what they can. But it's hard to run a restaurant with 2 people. Recently the owners have opted for an AI drive thru system. The system is horrible itself and yet again they've invested god knows how much money into it instead of just hiring the correct amount of people for the job. Today I was in line for 20 minutes(3rd car in line), my food didn't get bagged and it was missing items. You can't be mad at the employees, this is the owner. I watched the skeleton crew bust their asses on a Friday lunch shift. Who ever owns this place needs to be humbled. You will put enough strain on the employees until it bleeds over into service and you lose customers. This is where you're at. Grow up, stop being so greedy and pay people to work. I'll check back in 6 months, but I honestly would prefer if the restaurant goes under and bankrupts the owner.

Food is always subpar and almost always incorrect. The service takes FOREVER. The sweet tea is either chokingly sweet or unsweet. I hate the automated ordering box, but at least it has basic customer service. This is an issue everywhere, not just here, but people can't seem to dress appropriately, be clean, look you in the eye, or say any niceties like "you're welcome" or "have a good day." Also, the health food rating is 83. Need I say more. I won't be coming back until it's much improved.

This location has terrible service. Lazy employees arguing about who will serve the customer, food takes forever to get even when we place an online order for curbside pickup. They just ignore that you’re there for pickup, don’t answer the phone, and are completely unprofessional. Food orders are always messed up, too. They seriously need training or a new staff.

Consistently the WORST service of any restaurant in the Hickory Flat area. If they ask you to pull up and wait for your food, just say no. Don’t leave the window. They will forget about you and you will end up walking in after 20 minutes asking for it in person.
They also have a 70 on their health score. I’m just done with them. So frustrating. Get it together Bojangles!!

Don't use their app for pickup from the Hickory Flat location. They don't know their own online system. Just use the drive through.
Good biscuits. But they are slow. They don't have a good system for putting orders together.

We drove up and all the employees were outside talking. We went the drive through and got a 20 price meal with 4 side and a 1/2 gallon of tea and a 1/2 gallon of lemonade for a total of 58$. When ordering they said they were out of Mac and cheese but if we wanted to wait 15 min then it would be ready. Well we wound up waiting 30 min and it was still not ready so I went in and I see my food just sitting on the counter getting cold and Mac and cheese still not ready. They asked what I had for drinks and I told them for them to tell me they were also out of lemonade. As I was still waiting the Mac and cheese finally made it to the window and no one moved to get it. I am done with them they had 4 people working and I was the only customer so there is no excuse for the laziness I witnessed. They used to be so good but have plummeted off the cliff over the years…. Needless to say I will not being going back there again.
