Great ice cream, quick service. The outside area to sit was very clean.

Definitely take advantage of the half-price banana split deal if you bring a banana on a certain day of the week

Very disappointed. I ordered a cone cake from Bruster's for my kiddos birthday today (He picked it out and I ordered it a week ago) that's supposed to have icecream cones and whipped cream and cherries etc and it didn't have any of that. What I got was a sad version of their plain icecream cake and when I called to see if something can be done I was told the manager would be back tomorrow to take care of it... Their birthday is today not tomorrow. Thanks for nothing. Waste of almost 50 bucks

So disappointed. Ordered a birthday cake for the 2 time. The first time the order got lost and this time the cake wasn’t ready amd they had no record I had paid for it and argued til I pulled the receit. Employees have a horrible attitude! Do not recommend this Brusters! Very unorganized rude and inefficient!

Today was the first time I went to the Canton store! And to my surprise I felt ripped off with the portion of ice cream! I ordered two single-scoop ice cream cones and that really seemed like the amount they give kids for free for buying one! Paying almost $13 I told the salesperson that that seemed like very little and he just acted like he didn't understand! First time this has happened to me! Usually the portions are very generous at other Brusters stores! And that's why I always order one scoop of a small ice cream! But that was incredible!

Was great to be able to take a person who can’t have diary and hasn’t had good ice cream for decades and they got a diary free cookies and cream and it was awesome. Couldn’t tell the difference from the non dairy to the dairy. Smiles on all faces!!

Came here a couple of days ago. Witnessed the entire staff, not wearing gloves or hair nets, not washing their hands after working the register, not washing their hands after eating around the ice cream. Prepare ice cream after eating and didn’t wash their hands. Very unsanitary!This is a health concern. I WILL NOT RETURN BACK this location!
