Bruster's Real Ice Cream

The only complaint I have is there are no lights in the parking lot

Both of the employees were friendly and patient with us deciding on our ice cream order. The order was completed quickly and accurately. It is always good experience when visiting this Bruster's.

Very disappointed. I ordered a cone cake from Bruster's for my kiddos birthday today (He picked it out and I ordered it a week ago) that's supposed to have icecream cones and whipped cream and cherries etc and it didn't have any of that. What I got was a sad version of their plain icecream cake and when I called to see if something can be done I was told the manager would be back tomorrow to take care of it... Their birthday is today not tomorrow. Thanks for nothing. Waste of almost 50 bucks

So disappointed. Ordered a birthday cake for the 2 time. The first time the order got lost and this time the cake wasn’t ready amd they had no record I had paid for it and argued til I pulled the receit. Employees have a horrible attitude! Do not recommend this Brusters! Very unorganized rude and inefficient!

Today was the first time I went to the Canton store! And to my surprise I felt ripped off with the portion of ice cream! I ordered two single-scoop ice cream cones and that really seemed like the amount they give kids for free for buying one! Paying almost $13 I told the salesperson that that seemed like very little and he just acted like he didn't understand! First time this has happened to me! Usually the portions are very generous at other Brusters stores! And that's why I always order one scoop of a small ice cream! But that was incredible!
