Bruster's Real Ice Cream

So disappointed. Ordered a birthday cake for the 2 time. The first time the order got lost and this time the cake wasn’t ready amd they had no record I had paid for it and argued til I pulled the receit. Employees have a horrible attitude! Do not recommend this Brusters! Very unorganized rude and inefficient!

Today was the first time I went to the Canton store! And to my surprise I felt ripped off with the portion of ice cream! I ordered two single-scoop ice cream cones and that really seemed like the amount they give kids for free for buying one! Paying almost $13 I told the salesperson that that seemed like very little and he just acted like he didn't understand! First time this has happened to me! Usually the portions are very generous at other Brusters stores! And that's why I always order one scoop of a small ice cream! But that was incredible!

Was great to be able to take a person who can’t have diary and hasn’t had good ice cream for decades and they got a diary free cookies and cream and it was awesome. Couldn’t tell the difference from the non dairy to the dairy. Smiles on all faces!!

Came here a couple of days ago. Witnessed the entire staff, not wearing gloves or hair nets, not washing their hands after working the register, not washing their hands after eating around the ice cream. Prepare ice cream after eating and didn’t wash their hands. Very unsanitary!This is a health concern. I WILL NOT RETURN BACK this location!

The coffee shake was so watery, that it tasted like I was drinking just a glass of milk. Who puts pretzels in a banana split.

Was shocked to see their health score -- 80 -- which is a "B" but barely above a "C". Unfortunately, we didn't see the score until after we ate the ice cream. The score was on the far side of the building next to the garbage can instead of at where you order. Will never go back!!! (And for what its worth, I looked at purchasing a Bruster's franchise years ago since the philosophy was quality ice cream. Guess the Canton franchisee doesn't believe in quality -- an 80 isn't quality!)

Always a good stop for ice cream. Might be busy on hot summer days but definitely worth the stop.

Always good ice cream, but, they do not have all flavors as listed on my app.; just several only . Also, the parking side , rear of building, is super dark, and my elderly mom couldn’t see a thing, and there are parking bumpers and a step. Not very safe, someone could easily trip. This location desperately needs to get flood lights in the back. Iam going to call corporate and make them aware. I wish I could post a pic. Also, the Albany location, area Iam from, has a drive through and it’s well lit. I think this location needs an update .
