Expensive food, poorly cooked. Ordered nachos and 12 wings, water to drink. Forgot to bring water, brought nachos with nothing on the chips, it was supposed to be chicken, there was about eight tiny dried cubes. Wings were so overcooked, I let hubby eat my share

every time we order take out from here something is wrong with our order. this time there was tomatoes on both our salads when we asked for none, no blue cheese and our wings were the wrong flavor. like i said this is a reoccurring thing so i can’t help to think that they just don’t check their to go orders and when you’re paying 50 plus dollars on it u expect it to be right. emily (who took our order) was very nice tho i believe she was just doing a bunch of different things and couldn’t check our order.

Wings are not as good as the one on Hwy 92 in Woodstock. Wings taste as if they were cooked in bad grease. I've tried this location about 5 times by the way....same results each team.

Worst experience ever. Messed up my order twice - food was less than mediocre- the bowl item I would not allow my dog to eat. The service was incredibly bad. And you absolutely do not get anywhere close to what you pay for. If I could give it a negative star review I would.

I've driven past this place and seen it packed almost daily. Based on that and the reviews, we finally gave it a try. Boy were we disappointed. I got the tender plate with curly fries and corn. I opted for corn because weirdly pickles/relish is in their Coleslaw and that's just weird to me. Anyways, I took a bite of the corn on the cob, it was dry and seemed to be deep fried. It was nasty. Moving on to the curly fries, they were slightly warm and very dry. The tenders seemed to look like something you'd get from pizza hut. They were very dry.
The the sauces weren't great, my husband and daughter had a chicken wrap and wings and both didn't eat their fries. I was disappointed that we spent $68 on food that was just awful. To be honest, Wendy's nuggets were better, and I hate those. Our waiter Josh was great. It's not his fault the food was so bad.
