Went in today at 2:30 PM Service terrible, received my food and it was cold. My husband took the whopper with cheese back to the counter and told the lady it was cold and to please make another. She just threw in the trash can never asking what was on it. Received another whopper no cheese with everything on it which is not what I ordered the first time. When I got a Diet Coke it was Diet Coke with lime. The place not clean at all. Lady at the rude no thank you no apologies.

Be sure to check that this restaurant is open before you drive there. Three times I've gone here, and maps say they close at ten, but I got there at eight thirty at night because of my work schedule and no one there. It has happened a few times now.

Drive thru ordered a double whopper with no mayo and they gave me a whopper with no mayo, ketchup, tomato, onion, lettuce just meat and cheese. I was already home so I realized too late.

I am vegetarian and don’t eat chicken and every time i order mozzarella fries i get chicken fries.
Staff is always rude!! You get your order wrong 50% of the time if you go through the drive-through, and if you asked them to fix your wrong order, they act as if you were the problem.

The drive through girl was beyond rude! We asked if we could substitute fries for the pickle fries. She replied with the rudest NO. I understand that we had to pay for the pickle fries which is all she had to say. Then as we pull up to retrieve our food at the next window that young lady just acted like working there was the worst thing ever. Asking for ketchup & ranch was just such an inconvenience! Pickle fries would have been better if they had not been enclosed into the box that made them soggy!! We will not be returning to this location!
