Be sure to check that this restaurant is open before you drive there. Three times I've gone here, and maps say they close at ten, but I got there at eight thirty at night because of my work schedule and no one there. It has happened a few times now.

Drive thru ordered a double whopper with no mayo and they gave me a whopper with no mayo, ketchup, tomato, onion, lettuce just meat and cheese. I was already home so I realized too late.

Staff is always rude!! You get your order wrong 50% of the time if you go through the drive-through, and if you asked them to fix your wrong order, they act as if you were the problem.
The drive through girl was beyond rude! We asked if we could substitute fries for the pickle fries. She replied with the rudest NO. I understand that we had to pay for the pickle fries which is all she had to say. Then as we pull up to retrieve our food at the next window that young lady just acted like working there was the worst thing ever. Asking for ketchup & ranch was just such an inconvenience! Pickle fries would have been better if they had not been enclosed into the box that made them soggy!! We will not be returning to this location!
Terrible service, the person at the window was very rude and arrogant, they didn't give me the sauces I asked for nor did they give me a straw for my drinks, simply if you don't feel like serving or working, DON'T WORK!

Have only visited a couple of times, but no problems on either visit when using the app. Clean dining room and friendly staff.
Stopped in for a quick lunch today. My husband abs I both ordered a whopper with cheese meal. Just one bite abs the meat tasted bad. Either spoiled or mistaken for the impossible meat ( I've never had that just my husband theory). I took them both back to the counter and told the lady the meat tasted bad. She didn't apologize or offer to make another burger just turned her back to me. So I got a refund from the other lady who again didn't apologize or offer to rectify it any other way. Never going to this burger King again. That was gross!!
