Not exactly my idea of a good experience when the employee at the window argues with me over what I ordered and *didn't* receive. Telling me it's in the bag when it clearly is not. Had to show her the receipt and did not get an apology when I was given the rest of my order. Also STOP making mobile orders the moment you receive them. My food is already cold when it is handed to me.
I don't want anyone to be fired, but many of your employees need to be retrained or to be trained at all.

This Burger King is completely embarrassing i ordered 3 things and they all came out cold and half cooked. And the sandwich was made very sloppy. Aswell as the employee specifically the black teenage male who took my order. Pls send a secret shopper and make different changes.

The lady at the front cashier her name is Terry, she is SO WONDERFUL and SO SWEET. Truly made me think differently about burger king because everytime i’ve been someone is not that kind. People like her deserve amazing opportunities!! :))

This is my second visit to this location. I placed an order for my wife and myself. When I received my drink cup I went to the drink counter. I poured ice and then noticed a brown/black substance on the plastic reservoir. My first thought was mold. I immediately dumped the ice and used the other one. In retrospect I should have gotten another cup. Meanwhile as I was sitting down my wife was heading back to the counter to return cold mozzarella sticks. The kind, older Hispanic woman brought out a new package. They were hot, as should original package have been. She ate one then gave me 3. Then she showed me what I thought was a growth in the marinara cup. She stated that it was hair, that would not have been hers(wrong color/texture) I’m bald so it couldn’t have been mine. As we’re leaving, not desiring any kind of fallout, just bringing this gross experience to the attention of the management, she encountered a younger Hispanic female actually insinuated that my wife was lying, (we don’t have anyone working here with that type of hair). We departed, never to return again. If you zoom out, you can clearly see the hair on the cheese stick, a thin, black silky sort of texture. There will be no law suit coming forth. But, this was definitely an undesired experience.

If you are lucky to get the food you ordered, not the wrong thing, it will be made incorrectly. This restaurant messes up every time, good job being consistently inconsistent i guess.

Best Burger king in the state most likely. Never had a single issue. The staff is awesome, and the manager lady is always professional. It's been the same people for a very long time. Would recommend this over any other fast food burger restaurant in the area for many miles.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience today was frustrating and embarrassing enough that I felt I needed to say something. I placed and paid for a mobile order through the Burger King app. When I arrived to pick it up, I let them know I was there, and they began preparing the order.
Thankfully, I checked the bag before leaving, only to realize they had forgotten the fish sandwich I already paid for. I politely pointed it out, and an older employee asked someone in the back to make it. That should have been the end of the issue.
However, a larger woman with a ponytail came from the back and insisted on seeing my receipt. Fine, I showed it. She confirmed I did in fact order the fish sandwich—but rather than simply apologizing and fixing the mistake, she proceeded to unpack all of my food, pulling out every sandwich and essentially quizzing me on what I had ordered. This was done in front of other customers, and I honestly felt like I was being interrogated, as if I were trying to scam them.
As a person of color, it was hard not to feel like I was being treated differently, like I couldn’t possibly afford what I had already paid for. It was humiliating and anxiety-inducing, and I shouldn’t have to defend myself just to receive what I already purchased.
This experience left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. Burger King, please do better with customer service and train your staff to handle situations like this with more respect and dignity.

Been going to this specific Burger King for as long as I can remember. Crapped my pants in the old playground (removed due to remodeling a few years back) when I was 3 years around 2008-2009. Food has always been good here; however, they have been dealing with staff shortages and menu shrinkage (only 2 flavors of shakes instead of 3, only 1 shake size down from 3, etc.)

It would be a miracle if they ever got an order correct. Ordered 3 burgers with Cheese today, of course you guessed it. no cheese. Then they look at you like you did it, when you ask them to correct their mistake. And in another ever so wasteful experience they throw those three burgers away and fix 3 more. Wouldn't it have been better for you to just ADD the cheese?
